They have a great reputation...and for good reason. It's one thing for a G5 to get great service...it's another thing when a starving freight dog in a beat up MU-2 is treated the same way. Never had a single problem and excellent, prompt service. Great people, always ready with a smile, even at 3am in a blizzard while fueling a notoriously irritating plane to fuel. What an FBO should be.

The operation at Wilson Air Center at KMEM is second to none. Each time we arrive, we are professionally parked and greeted with friendly, helpful staff. Our passenger's transportation was brought planeside within moments of deplaning under their cool canopy. We were asked if we "needing anything else" countless times. Wasn't our first time there and this won't be our last. Even at 2:00am we've received this 1st class service! Nice work!

Stopped here today in our Turbo Commander N900NE and had a great quick-turn and discounted fuel price. We go here about once a month and always get best services and a very friendly and helpful staff. Surely is a favorite place to stop and the passengers love the covered aircraft parking at the front door.

Even though there's more MD-11s here than anywhere in the known universe, I was treated royally in my 172 by all involved, controllers, etc. The line guys here at Wilson were top notch. Whatever you do, don't go to the Holiday Inn Select

"It's a beautiful day at Wilson Air!" is how the phones are answered at Wilson FBO. I have visited almost 200 large and small airports across this country and have dealt with many fine FBO's. Wilson Air, and Tunica Air Group (their maintenance contractor), exemplifies what good customer service is all about. I had the misfortune to blow a tire on landing at KMEM. Although pressed for time by the FedEx departures (KMEM apparently has to pay fines to FedEx if runways are unavailable), my plane was handled as gently as if it was their own. Before we even got back to the Tunica hangar behind Wilson FBO, someone was already en-route across town to pick up a tire and tube. I was given one of the immaculate Camry crew-cars to run my errands while they replaced the tube & tire, and within 4 hours of landing I was back in the air. If you're going to have a mechanical problem, try to do it at Memphis International and put yourself in the good hands of the folks at Wilson Air and Tunica Air Group.

Wilson Air Center is a very nice FBO. Their staff was very friendly and helpful even though we only purchased 8 gallons of fuel. We slept overnight in their "Snooze Room" and their staff invited us to their BBQ the next day.

Called ahead for a pax ride to terminal. Pulled up to covered parking and the van was there with the door open. Super Service!!

Always a great experience at Wilson Air Center. Friendly staff and great service. Don't be afraid of the big class B airport as the controllers are very helpful and friendly.

Visited on 2-7-08. This was my 2nd time here this year. Both times I had friendly service, however, the 2nd visit I had a bit of trouble with a lineman. I was in a Diamond Twin Star (jet-a powered) and it took a little convincing to get them to put the jet-a in it, which wasn't bad because they were just making sure. The real problem was with the fuel caps; the lineman was adamant that my fuel caps were on backwards. The cap tabs fold forward (not back like on a CJ or something). He continued to argue with me until I asked him if he would like me to show him in the AFM how the fuel caps go in. More of an annoyance than bad service. I'd go back.

Great place. Responsive and helpful. Clean, large facility. Fuel prices are not cheap. Terrific service.

I arrived at Wilson Air Center on 11-29-07 and received excellent treatment and attention. Since it was cold at night and I assumed (correctly) that hangar space would not be available, I indicated that I have engine heaters, but would require a power source. The aircraft was moved to a spot next to the canopy, and plugged into an APU unit all night, so I had warm engines no charge. Great service from everyone, beginning with Line Service as well as the CSR's.

Wilson has great location, facility & service! Try to land on 27 for faster access. Only wish tower could accommodate departures without taxiing to Mississippi when the 36 runways are in use.

Stopped in for 5 hours 6/3/07 in my C182. Excellent service; baggage loaded for us in nice new courtesy car (Toyota Camry). Plane was fueled as requested, with 15 cent AOPA discount. Large, very nice passenger & pilot facilities. Can't beat the location from 9/27 or 18L/36R. Best experience I've had at a Class B FBO.
