We arrived in the late evening for a fuel stop, and had to get the fueler (actually the manager, I believe) to come out and take care of us. I should have called in advance to warn him, but wasn't sure we would stop. Regardless, great service and fair price so I'll return.

Just as the previous comments state Mena Air Center and the people that manage it are Great! My friend flew in for business and I flew in for fun. A beautiful part of Arkansas! Thanks again for the hospitality and we will be back real soon.

We stopped through over Memorial Day weekend, and greatly enjoyed the service, cleanliness of the FBO, and friendliness! We were parked immediately in front of the FBO, and treated like a Citation. The lineman was quick and professional, and the complementary windscreen cleaning was much appreciated. There were cold drinks and snacks in the FBO, and the lounge area was especially inviting. It's on our "must-stop" list every time we travel to Austin from St Louis.

After picking up a Bell Jet Ranger for our operation in Montana I encountered low ceilings and visibility. After several hours from Louisiana, I had enough, and was blessed to stop in Mena. Will Robinson came out in a downpour, with an umbrella. He was over the top accommodating. The helicopter went in a hangar, I got the courtesy car to his recommend overnight stay. It was perfect. Great price on jet fuel, I WILL BE BACK. Stop here folks, you won't be disappointed.

It snowed while we where tied down at Mena. Will helped me clean the snow off and then put my plane in a hangar and plugged in the engine heater. He did all this for just a thank you. You can't beat that anywhere. Thanks Guys!

Called Mena Air Center after hours and the manager, Will, answered from his home. We were stopping for fuel the following day and wanted a crew car for lunch and sightseeing. Everything went perfectly. They gave us maps and a package of candies. Restrooms were spotless and crew car was above average. Thanks, guys. We'll be back

Planned a stop in MEZ on a cross-country. What a wonderful surprise this airport and community is! I called Mena Air Center prior to departure, thinking I would be landing after their posted closing time. I was assured that MAC personnel are always available. I requested help with overnight accommodations and a tie-down. They made reservations at a local B&B and on landing, we were given a limo ride to the Mena Mountain Resort. MAC made sure that our airplane went into a hangar instead of a tie-down because "the weather might get ugly." All of this service (and a ride to dinner) for the price of fuel! No extra landing or ramp fees. In 25+ years of flying, I've never been treated so well by any FBO. (We're in a Mooney not a G-V!) Our entire experience in Mena was outstanding! Obviously they know business success depends on customer satisfaction. I'm happy to recommend MEZ and Mena Air Service.

Stopped at KMEZ as a fuel stop from Illinois to Texas. Was greeted by the lineman who waved me into parking and the manager who brought me out an ice-cold container of water. Quick refueling. Clean, well appointed FBO. Highly recommend. Will stop there again.

Was returning was from Oshkosh, put down by weather and can't say enough about Mena Air Center FBO. It was the nicest FBO I've ever been to. Will, Mark and Barbie became family by the time we left. Hangared our planes had a crew car. Treated us like we flew in on a Falcon 7X. Whenever possible we'll include them on any route planning.

Flew in to Mena over the weekend, in a single engine piston airplane. Although we came in after-hours, the lineman came out to fuel us and let us borrow the courtesy car. Unbeatable service and accommodation, even in a small airplane! Great full-service fuel price, lots of local restaurants. I can't say enough how great of an experience it was. Will definitely be returning!

I have traveled for years, visited hundreds of FBOs and I think that this one is my favorite. Besides the usual offerings, Mena Air Center Services sports friendly bend-over-backward helpful folks that truly want you to visit and let you know that they are glad to see you. Comfy, homey, and welcoming are the best descriptions that I can think of. It's like visiting a home away from home.

Visited the Mena Air Center 25 Feb 2009, on a call out in the middle of the night for an Arkansas Children's Hospital EMS pediatric flight and found nothing but the best service and accommodations as I have seen previously. Instant service, fresh coffee/snacks and very courteous folks made an IFR AM turn around flight pleasant. Thanks Will, I'll see you soon.
