The staff there at McCreery is very dedicated to customer service! The city of McAllen had turned off water around the airport area just before I had given our coffee pot to one of the staff members. As it turns out the staff rounded up bottle water to make coffee for us!! To me and my passengers that is going above and beyond the call duty. Many thanks to all of you!!!! N4380Y

Flew to McAllen to purchase a used Husky aircraft. Everyone at McCreery was beyond helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. Jim Taylor made the 1100 mi. Trip far easier than a long-distance sale of this type should be. They catered to my every need. I know I made the right choice dealing with McCreery.

We often stop here and always find the personnel very helpful. When we stopped last month we needed a hotel and the crew car was out so they volunteered to drive us in their personal vehicle. Much appreciated as we were very tired.

Bob contacted me regarding the post that I made. I feel that the rental policy should be clarified to all employees at the FBO, and then misunderstandings can be avoided. I have no hard feelings about the FBO, and really appreciate the time Bob took in contacting me to explain his rental policy.

Truly a top notch FBO we flew our vintage Bonanza down arrived and was greeted by line staff. Front desk girls were pleasant and helpful with local information. Great service here.

Called to find out about rentals, as I was going to be visiting some friends in MFE and wanted to take them flying. Was told I could come in for a checkout, but could not guarantee rental because I did not live in that area. That shocked me. I have NEVER had an FBO turn away business like that. I asked if it was because of theft and being close to the border, and was told, "we can’t discuss that." For an FBO in South Texas, they should be happy to welcome any business they can. Unprofessional attitude by the man I spoke with. So, I rented in a different city, close to the border, with no problems at all. So, unless you live in the MFE area, don't plan on renting!

Last April 2006 when we returning from Mexico on a SATURDAY, I had clogged injectors. They called in their mechanic and I was on my way in about 2 hours. FANTASTIC!!
