Flew into KMFE to clear customs coming back from Mexico. Landed in pouring rain. In the customs office I saw a red phone for the FBO and called. They sent the fuel truck to the customs ramp and fueled me in the rain after my inspection. The lineman took my credit card and processed everything right there on the ramp. It was so easy! Great job!

The staff there at McCreery is very dedicated to customer service! The city of McAllen had turned off water around the airport area just before I had given our coffee pot to one of the staff members. As it turns out the staff rounded up bottle water to make coffee for us!! To me and my passengers that is going above and beyond the call duty. Many thanks to all of you!!!! N4380Y

Flew to McAllen to purchase a used Husky aircraft. Everyone at McCreery was beyond helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. Jim Taylor made the 1100 mi. Trip far easier than a long-distance sale of this type should be. They catered to my every need. I know I made the right choice dealing with McCreery.

We often stop here and always find the personnel very helpful. When we stopped last month we needed a hotel and the crew car was out so they volunteered to drive us in their personal vehicle. Much appreciated as we were very tired.
