Got in late on a frigid night. The staff was ready and willing to help. As a northerner, I have a Tanis heat plug in, but there were no external AC plugs to run my extension cords to. Not a criticism, though. I don't think it gets that cold too often! Sue, the PM CSR was fabulous! THANKS!

Very good FBO. Planned stopover on the way to Florida. Hotel car and hangar arranged before we left, and everything worked well when we arrived. Service leaving was very good as well.

Everyone was helpful and nice. Fuel price fell 20 cents in one week! No tie down charged. They can get any rental cars from any of the major companies for you with whatever discounts you have, I.E. AOPA, AAA, etc. If you call them ahead so they can have the car waiting when you land. ATC seemed slow on departure, maybe just waiting on reqional jets to get in fast or just overloaded.

Great place to stop. Stopped in for the night and to get fuel. Ended up staying an extra day because of weather. Susan at the front desk was extremely accommodating - helped us find a hotel (with a good rate), transportation to the hotel, places to see and things to do, good places to eat. She was great. Fuel was a little more expensive than what was posted on AirNav but forgot to mention it to them. Nice facility, comfortable couches and access to Internet and weather. No complaints here. Stopped in today for a business meeting. Great service, very professional and attentive. What you would expect from a top-notch FBO. Great facility and very easy in and out. Fuel, well what can you say? Enjoyed watching the ANG F-16s.

Came in to do some work at Hyundai (just across the freeway from the airport). Was lent a crew car for the 90 or so minutes that it took me to complete my tasks and grab some lunch. Gas was pricey, but considering thet their crew car saved me $30 in a rental, it worked out well. Staff were friendly and prompt, coulden't ask for better treatment from the staff. OVERALL GRADE A-
