It is strange that SS would be more expensive then Full SVC. I assumed wrongly and went to self serve. Pretty old FBO. Rough facilities. Recommend going to main terminal and fuel up with FS.

I recently was in KMHK at Gatts Flight School for my instrument rating. Afternoon before my check ride, one mag decided to go South. Gordon, knowing that I was on a tight schedule, pushed my plane to the front of the line to get me up and running. Researched prices and had them overnighted in for installation. By 3:00 PM the next day, my plane was up and running. Check ride rescheduled late in the day, accomplished, and signed off. All made possible, with the effort of Heartland. To top things off, their total bill was more then reasonable. Thanks again Gordon!!!! Fuel prices at Heartland are a good $1.00 per gallon cheaper then at the terminal area. Well worth the extra taxi to get to Heartland. I highly recommend Heartland for any plane owners close to Manhattan. I'd be using them if not so far from home base.

Great fuel price. Thanks to the flight school for allowing my family to come in and use their facility, which they normally do not do! You need to go over to the terminal after you fill up. I would recommend the flight school to anyone. Any outfit that will allow my family and I to use their facility without knowing us is certainly tops in my book! That says something!

Great fuel price and the fueling equipment is first class. We could not find the courtesy car keys (~8 PM arrival), but the fine folks in the Crash Rescue facility (behind hangar) let us have food delivered there.
