Got in here this afternoon in our N900NE Turbo Commander. Best of everything here. Fast, friendly staff and line folks. Quick and efficient people throughout.

It is very disappointing to get into Signature and find out I have to buy 500 gallons of fuel to use my contract card. You never cease to amaze those of us in the field. You must sit around and figure ways to take advantage of companies. My plane only holds a total of 700 gallons.

Always a pleasure staying with Signature. Sure, there is cheaper fuel elsewhere, but with the level of excellence that Signature offers...It just cannot be beat! All you have to do is ask, they will do. Our catering was not able to show up on such short notice, so they drove us to a local deli and assisted with all the loading and unloading!! Great people, always.

Called Signature about tie-down for a single-engine warbird for the week prior to Sun N Fun. They wanted $71/night. Almost $500 for the week! Didn't even ask about the other charges. WTG, Signature, chasing away another prospective customer. I can't imagine filling the tank @ $7/gallon too!

NO improvement in attitude or service since my last visit. We now try to get customers to choose Miami Aviation at Opa-Locka unless MIA is the only choice for them. One of the worst Signature locations in the country and that is saying something. They should be ashamed of themselves for their $7+/gal. Fuel and ridiculous ramp fees.

Landed at MIA on 04-18-07 arrived on the Signature ramp after dark. No line service people met us to park wasn't sure were to park. Unloaded the paxs and walked up to the FBO. Passed (4) four line guys leaning against a line cart no one ever offered to help. Went and was hit with a $207.00 fee. The service was sub standard and the fee was high for no service.

12/26/06 Reasonable fees for a twin C310. $27 landing fee, $40 all-day parking fee, waived $55 handling fee with 30 gallons of fuel. Close in to downtown and friendly service. Easy access to 26R keeps you clear of the big guys.
