Arrived due to TS enroute home. During working hours the staff was great with a car, info and hotel. It's abandoned after hours, and if you didn't ask how to get to the ramp, you may not find the hidden gate. Be alert to student training...The student’s talk VERY fast and you'll have to stay on your toes during arrival. It's a very nice town. Thanks.

Stayed here for several work related weeks, North Star handled all my needs professionally and expeditiously. Reserved a great hotel for me (Holiday Inn) and saw to my every need. Thank you Sherrie, Matt, Thor, Dan and all the rest - I'll be back

I stayed here for a week or so and had acceptable service from line for fueling and hangaring. There is a crew car available and maintenance next door is professional and fair. Management needs to improve their lackluster attitude when it comes to service inside as well as the very short business hours. I witnessed on many occasions afternoon and evening arrivals to find everything closed up and desolate making some very confused customers that'd I suspect will not return.

Used North Star Aviation for 2 quick turns on both Eastbound (August 19th) and Westbound (August 26th) legs to and from the East coast and the service and people at North Star were terrific. Very capable line service and CSA's, Less the 1/2 hour on each turn. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Arrived in Mankato on August 11 in an M20B with oil streaking on the left side of the aircraft. Dan Bloemke in the maintenance department took the time to investigate the problem that same day and determined the cause to be a leaking oil cooler. He got one on order the same day and informed me that the aircraft would be ready on Wednesday afternoon. The oil cooler arrived on Wednesday morning and by Wednesday afternoon I was on my way to the next destination on an eight stop business trip. I could not have asked for better service and support than we received at North Star. Both the facilities and the people are first class!

Spent most of the day waiting for corporate passengers here. Comfortable lobby and Wi-Fi, Crew Car and capable employees. Quite a bit of training being conducted from this airport so keep a special heads up. NO TOWER.
