I just called FIT Aviation to arrange for parking over Thanksgiving week. I was told they no longer accept transient traffic due to an increase in the number of planes at the school. Stays of a few hours can be accommodated with prior approval.

Flew in for STS-134. Very nice staff. Very busy and thriving flight school. Very nice facilities. The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is b/c the avgas is not competitively priced, but is "normal" for an international airport, although MLB is not exactly that busy for an international airport. Quart of oil I bought was competitively priced. If I have to come back to the Melbourne, FL area again, I'll come to FIT.

One of the best FBO's in the Country. The staff is great, service is beyond excellent and the Service Department is top notch.

I love stopping where people are enthusiastic about aviation. This is the place. Ramp, lobby, hallways, and even the parking lot is full of young people starting aviation careers. They met my Skyhawk and treated me like a valued customer. Rental car arrangements we made in advance were flawless -- and my fuel order was filled when requested. I love this place!

Once again we had an epic experience at FIT. If it wasn’t for the line guys, mainly Jason we wouldn’t fly here. He makes every visit so special with his prompt and complete service. He went above his call of duty. Hats off to good looking and hard working guys like Jason for making aviation what it is today.

Landing on the proverbial "dark and stormy night" on 9/28/10 in our King Air we found Tom, Matt, and Jason standing by. Lucky us! When we dropped the door they had umbrellas waiting and helped us get the boss's luggage into their lovely terminal in a snap. If you are looking for great service and a great value at MLB this is your place.

I think this might possibly be the best FBO in existence. If FIT is training students to run FBO's as well as other aviation jobs, we pilots have lots to look forward to as these folks find jobs around the world. Talk about setting an example! Chris H. had a great attitude and was terrific to deal with. Great people inside and out, fantastic weather computers, a sparkling facility, and flawless service. A++ Made me wish I lived closer and could visit more often!

Let me tell you, if you are looking for an FBO that caters to its customers with top and I mean top notch service then this is it. I have never been to a more friendlier and professional FBO than this one. We arrived late on Friday and Mike was there to marshall us in and go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us and all of our needs. This place has it all!! Excellent facilities and superb professional staff make this FBO a must when traveling to KMLB. I was blown away and can't thank the staff especially Mike!! Will mention this great place to any and all heading up this way. Thanks Mike!!

I flew in last week and had the best experience ever. Jason (Line guy) was too helpful. He topped us off, got us water, showed my wife to the ladies room, got us a local paper and a bandaid, called a cab and loaned us his personnel cell phone because our battery was low. Its guys like Jason that makes aviation what it should be. Blue Skies, Soft Landings and cold beer Jason!!!!! Thanks to Jason, we will give all our business to FIT when in KMLB Thanks again Jason!!!!!!

Have used both FBO's several times at MLB. You actually get service at the FIT FBO. Notice the other FBO does not allow comments (that should say it all). Jet A is less at FIT. The brand new FIT terminal is nicer. They really love to see any plane (avgas or Jet A burners) arrive. This is a great FBO!

I flew to MLB to visit a relative who was undergoing a medical procedure at a nearby hospital. F.I.T. Kindly loaned me their van for several hours while I visited the hospital (everything went well for my relative). F.I.T personnel could not have been nicer, had my aircraft fueled and ready upon my return, and sent me on my way with no ramp or other junk fees. I intend to use their services in the future.
