Must have been an off day, No one on the Unicom, wouldn't have been an issue, but for a quick turnaround, they parked me 1/2 mile from the FBO, wouldn't give me a ride, though they NEEDED me to go to the lobby for a fuel order, not going back

I flew in the other day and was charged $10 for a simple two-minute stop. I had to pick up a passenger and off I was. I did not use any of their services or facilities except to pass through and quiet frankly would have walked just as easily through the gate outside. They charge you based on engines and performance of aircraft. Davenport is just as nice of a place without a fee.... So skip stopping here in the future until Elliott gets more realistic and joins the freedom of flight.

Lets just say this; when ever possible I will include an Elliot aviation airport in my flight plan. I'll even go a little out of the way to do it. I've never had a bad experience. Thanks guys for being there.

Flew in on 11/26. Staff was very friendly and attentive. A nice FBO. No fees for single engine.

My family and I flew into MLI for the weekend (first time), and started (and ended) our trip with a very pleasurable experience at Elliott. The line staff was extremely cordial and helpful. They marshaled us right up to the front door and had the rental car out to the plane before we even got unloaded. The lobby and pilot facilities exceeded my expectations and probably the best I have ever seen. Clean, bright and comfortable with all the features necessary for pilot and passengers. The courtesy desk staff was outstanding, very friendly and made every effort to accommodate our needs. Will definitely recommend Elliott and make every effort to come back soon.

Stopped in on the 24th in an R182. The line guy was there to marshal us in and park us. Very friendly staff. We did not need fuel but were treated well.

Had a good experience. Arrived the evening of Thursday 1/10/08. I requested they call for the hotel van; they did. I had a mechanical issue, they put their mechanic on the plane 1st thing Friday morning, and the issue was resolved by Friday afternoon. When I showed up (early) on Saturday, they opened up early, pulled my plane out and fueled it right away. The folks at Elliott Aviation made everything easy.

Great airport, great FBO facility, friendly staff. Fuel was $5.10 for 100LL, which was much higher than other alternatives. Gave us a ride to the hotel in the van. Overall great service! Called before the flight and was told there were no ramp fees for a single engine Piper. When we left, we were charged $10 and was told that the usual ramp fee was $55. $10 was not a bad price for the level of service but would have been nice to know beforehand. The fee may be waived if you purchase enough fuel.

This has to be the best FBO I've ever visited. All the comments below about the people and service are true. Friendly staff, immaculate facilities, and new crew cars. Avgas prices are reasonable too. Truly a top-notch facility.

One of the best FBO's I've used. First class facility. Very helpful, friendly people. New courtesy cars. Cookies, coffee, computers and a good gas price for that level of service ($4.58/gal 100LL). Made my lengthy stopover waiting for the ceilings to lift very pleasant.

Visited Elliott's on Dec 5 2006. Excellent line service, a friendly staff inside, and a very nice facility with big chairs, tables and a great view of the runways. This was important because I had to wait a couple of hours for my colleagues to arrive, so at least it was very comfortable.

This is probably the best FBO I have ever visited. I had to land at Moline rather than my intended destination due to bad weather. I got treated like a king. The facility itself is first class and includes cookies and coffee. They gave me a crew car so I could get lunch and later, I used the same car to go do some laundry while I waited for weather improvement. My tanks were nearly full when I arrived so I didn't need fuel. Even so, there was no charge for any of this hospitality. What great people! I highly recommend Elliott Aviation.

Elliott Aviation has a beautiful lobby and Brenda is a fantastic service-oriented person at their desk! We were stopped in Moline due to weather, got a super FBO rate at La Quinta, with dinner at Montana Jack's next door. Made for a very good overnight stop. Ramp fee of $20 waived with 20 gallons of fuel.
