First the good stuff: great friendly service, free snacks, and excellent facilities -- clearly a well-run FBO with top-notch staff. Now the criticism: handling fees charged if you don't buy a minimum quantity of fuel. If fuel was cheap it wouldn't matter much, but we just paid $6.15/gal, which is considerably more than we pay elsewhere. If this was Key West or Aspen you might expect it but it's not really appropriate for Monroe.

Great spot to stop for fuel, prices very reasonable even for full service. Crew cars available and plenty of restaurants close

Excellent service including overnight crew car. Least I have paid for fuel in many many years. Only issue was NOBODY was wearing a mask. Hmmmmmmmmmmm

Mission: Transport a pax to Dallas for cancer surgeries starting the following morning. Arrived unannounced for a fuel stop. Borrowed a crew car (clean & well maintained) to get dinner. After dinner upon starting engines discovered that one engine was misbehaving and would not fly again that night. Initial thought was to get a rent car and drive. Unfortunately, none were available. We were stuck! AVFLIGHT manager Jeremy Phillips to the rescue! Jeremy allowed me to borrow a crew car with the understanding that the return was unknown and open ended. Totally unexpected and greatly appreciated; NOT your typical FBO. (The surgeries were successful and the patient is recovering.) Returned the car 3 days later. Several staff members were concerned about the welfare of the patient. Equally noteworthy, staff provided assistance to my mechanic as he made necessary repairs. Good service. Great people. I highly recommend this FBO!

Great experience on our overnight stop traveling from Tennessee to Texas. Absolutely beautiful FBO, great & friendly service, and plenty of complimentary snacks. Low Fuel price. Arrived late afternoon and they allowed us to use the courtesy car overnight. I will make a point to stop here again.

From linemen to front desk everybody couldn't have been nicer. The free ice cream and pumping 100LL @ $2.90 goes a long way during a long cross-country trip. A must stop for east west travel.

Stopped for a fuel stop and before you could say "top it off" it was done! Excellent FBO and quick service. Easy in and out of airport despite being a controlled field with airline traffic. Will make this a regular stop.

I have used Avflight for our corporate Learjets for many years. I have stopped there twice in my RV-10 and been treated like I was in a G650. Jeremy and Jenni are the best. I highly recommend this FBO, don't miss the free ice cream!
