Dear Colleagues and Friends, I decided to use FTC FBO (As I had in the Past) to pick some Passengers and continue my flight to Canada...! Unfortunately the A/C broke down (AOG) at the time of Engine Start. From that moment on and for the next "5 Days", we got one of the best treatments and customer service attention that I ever had in my Aviation Career. Since Mr. Dirk Vander Sterre (FBO Owner/Manager) became aware of our situation, he instructed his FBO Team Members (Lead by Mr. Ryan Wilk, Manager of Operation) to guide us and help us in every possible way, so we would have all the necessary tools to resolve this issue... From Chartering an Aircraft, for the Passengers, Lodging arrangements for the Crews and Mechanics, and getting a heated hangar to fix our Airplane, everything, I mean everything worked out flawless. Once again, I would like to Thank Very Much Mr. Dirk Vander Sterre, Mr. Ryan Wilk and the rest of the FTC Team, for an outstanding and professional job well done.

I visit FTC at MMU on a regular basis. This is a wonderful FBO with nice people and quick service. The inside is decorated like a high end home. Everyone is always friendly professional and quick to accommodate anything any pilot needs.

These guys are ruining GA at KMMU. All they care about is Jet traffic. And I fly a turboprop. Most FBO I go to ask me what they can do for me (regardless if I by fuel from them). These guys run out to your plane and tell you that you are to close to one of their spots and tell you to leave. I was about to buy fuel when this happened and did not. While Signature has higher prices there service is better.
