Landed there for a fuel and food stop on 22 July on the way to the International C-150/152 Fly-In with 4 other Cessna who all topped off here. Perfect runway up on the hilltop, very nice management -- she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The Cessna 150/152 Club of American thanks you - well done!

Stopped in on Friday July 18 as a two ship flight en route to Dayton OH. The fuel price is the best in the area and the service is excellent. Sue, the airport manager, was very helpful and very nice to talk with. I will stop back and support their operation any time I'm in the area. Thanks Sue!

You can't say enough for the service here. The gas price is very reasonable and the folks here are top notch. Great airport dogs too! Would stop here again in a heartbeat.

Stopped here on the way to PA. Pretty approach, but tricky in gusty winds. Staff friendly and helpful, but facilities lacking if traveling with family. Stopped at PKB on return flight, which had comparable fuel prices and much nicer facilities.

Best fuel price on our trip, helpful and friendly. Landed Nov 4 and got quick turn. Inquired about motel situation and was told of a nearby motel for about $35.00. We had to go to Baltimore to pick up cargo. I was reluctant to fly a single over the mountains at night, so we paid a lot more for room in the big city. The runway should be easy to spot at night. Will stop again.

Very scenic airport. Sits on a plateau, very fun landing! Cheap gas, relatively clean restrooms. Definitely worth the stop for the inexpensive fuel.

Called this morning to confirm the fuel price ($3.40 on 7/20/2006), and then flew into 74D to top off. 24-hour credit card self serve. Quick in and out. Air-conditioned pilot's lounge. The manager was very helpful...He's a former RV builder, so we got to talkin'. Nice guy.
