I showed up late on a Sunday and was greeted like my Cessna 150 was a KingAir, the gentleman on duty was eager to help find a hotel and offer a crew car. The next morning, when things were getting busy everyone was super, I would like to thank Richard Kuban (Airport Manager) and his team were outstanding to deal with, I'll be returning their my next time in the area.

Flew in on July 9. Small nice and clean facilities. Very friendly people, came out with the golf card to help with the luggage. Called in for fuel the next morning, airplane was ready and towed next to the entry gate (not requested, was done as a courtesy). Wolf Lodge provided van transfer without a fee both directions (after some discussions).

You could not ask for more from an FBO, or any other business then you get at KMPO. Make sure to visit them Memorial Day 2009 for their fly-in breakfast!

KMPO..Now here's an airport that has great service and great down home folks running it. After arriving, the fog rolled in and I had to extend my visit for a couple of nights. The two fellows that really run the show, Jack and Steve are without a doubt, two of the best in the FBO business. They'll make you feel right at home and in my case, provided me transportation with a crew car, assisted with hotel information and helped me move and secure the aircraft and tie things down. They turned my Pocono Fog extended stay into one of the best trips ever. After spending a couple days with the local airport regulars, it became Cheers, where everyone knows your name. It takes special people to make for special times and Jack and Steve are two of the best. Thanks for everything guys....

Landed at MPO today and the courtesy level was what it used to be in the good old days of aviation. My Bonanza was professionally fueled by Rich and towed to a tie down, ready to fly again. We were given a courtesy car to go for Lunch at Baileys. Thanks for the great choice Rich! The guys milling around inside the FBO were very informative and made us feel at home. The rest room was well maintained and as clean as you would expect. Since my passengers enjoyed MPO so much, we will definitely be back.

Flew in for the 50th Anniversary for Resica Falls Scout Reservation. Rich Kuban-airport manager is very friendly and accommodating. He even pulled the airplane up close to the gate to ease our luggage handling. Well-organized FBO, rental car handling was flawless. This area of Pennsylvania is beautiful for all the 4 seasons. Come on up for swimming, hiking, skiing and just relaxing!

Was going to land at Avoca, but both runways were shut down. It was 12:30 in the AM, and only other available airport in the area was KMPO. Called ahead, and Rich (the airport manager) was there to provide me with information. Called ahead the next morning, Rich was there again, and fueled my plane and had it parked in front of the terminal waiting for my arrival. Excellent experience, a truly professional operation! Will visit again soon.

KMPO is a great facility, with friendly staff and line. Rich Kuban, airport manager, especially accommodating and understanding. Looking forward to the extension of 13/31 in the future...Job well done!
