Superbowl XLVI weekend – last minute arrangements for a client's flight... Need I say more?? Speaking from a flight coordinator and ex-customer service agent's point of view, the customer service at Indy Jet was exemplary. Erin and her staff were nothing but helpful, friendly, SUPER efficient and very professional. They kept us informed of every step and went out of their way to accommodate our flight and provide the services we requested. This is the best FBO I have been into for quite a while. The customer service is exactly what every FBO should be. MQJ will definitely be my first choice for Indy airports and Indy Jet is now the only FBO I will go to.

Nothing but praise for INDY Jet. Staff was very helpful in getting my rental car arranged in advance for early AM arrival. It was ready for me on the ramp with 2 bottles of cold water. The lineman loaded my bags & I was on my way while he tied down the plane for overnight. There were some significant storms the next morning, but when I came back for departure later that day, the plane was nice & dry in front of the hangar right next to the FBO office, fueled and ready to go. I was running a little late and in my haste, left my credit card at the desk. They ran it out to me after I was already strapped in. THANKS!

Very well run FBO. The lineman was friendly and attentive, bringing a golf cart around to pick up our bags. The FBO staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The courtesy car began shaking when I started it making me a little too nervous to drive it.

Indy Aero has made it their mission to provide service beyond compare. They have succeeded. This FBO is worth visiting even if it's out of the way for your route. Professional, clean, enthusiastic are just some of the adjectives used to describe this business.

TOP NOTCH! Stopped for a few days while mapping over KIND. Cannot say enough about the professionalism of this place. Had two very good mx experiences, also. FBO staff is spectacular. A+. Thanks folks. Made me feel at home after a long long time on the road.

Arrived in my Mooney and was promptly parked and tied down. Line personnel were quick to offer services. Rental car from Hertz was waiting at the counter. Overnight parking with fuel purchase was $5. Nice clean FBO with friendly staff.

Wonderful FBO. I was a tired pilot, and diverted to MQJ. Mt Comfort was just the place. Wonderful line service, friendly staff, and they arranged for a courtesy car and a discount at the local Holiday Inn Express. Thanks, just what this tired pilot needed at the end of the day. Flew in 6/18/09, will depart this morning. Will make this a destination stop for fueling in the future.

Indy aero is a great FBO. Line girl met us and parked us. Tied the plane down almost before we were out of it. Insisted she help carry our bags. The whole staff is very friendly. This FBO is what all the others should model themselves after.
