Very friendly staff, but was surprised they would not wave $20 ramp fee for law enforcement flight.

The help on the ramp is the start of the good service. The staff is very helpful. Easy in and easy out, enjoyed our visit. The crew car for the day more than made up for the ramp fee.

Very nicely done FBO - greeted us at the ramp, gave us a ride to the main building - however $20 for tie-down for a 1 hour lunch seems high to me (relatively) - our lunch was less than the tie down fee! Who raises the ramp fee during a recession - I mean come on now.

Del Monte (formerly Million Air) is a delight. In my experience the fuel tends towards expensive but I am almost always able to get a crew car and the service is excellent.

Service was great. Parked my Cherokee six next to a citation, and treated my passengers and I very well. Nice full service FBO, with great snacks. Gave us a crew car for the day, and were there later that night to help us out.

Flew in today in a little 172 for lunch with some friends at the Golden Tee in the terminal. Good service...Nothing spectacular, but not too much expected in a 172 at this type of place. $15 ramp fee or 15 gallons of gas, but otherwise great.

Not An Impressive Experience: Wife and I landed our C-177 on Friday July 10, 2009. Didn't need a car but asked for fuel "up to the tabs". We're not offered any assistance with our baggage even though there was a golf cart, unused, nearby. Departed next day and fuel was not put in up to the tabs. They put some in but I had to wait for more to be added. They had moved the plane 100 yards down the ramp, a long walk with bags. Again no one offered to help with the bags or the use of the golf cart. Later found out the charge for 100LL was 5.59/gal. Another FBO on the field for $4.95. Next time we'll try another FBO.

This is my favorite FBO to stop at with my 182. I'm here at least every other month. This is one of the easiest stops for a nice day or weekend getaway. Anastasia and the rest of the staff are always very pleasant and efficient. Impressive facilities. We frequently fly here for the day...It usually is 15 minutes from touchdown to sitting in a restaurant in Carmel via the free crew car...Really. This FBO has earned my business and deserves everyone else's.

Del Monte provided top-notch service when we arrived in our Cessna 172. We called ahead to let them know our ETA and they had a crew car waiting for us when we arrived. The front desk staff was fabulous, helped us with maps of the area and dining suggestions. Ramp fee was $15 for the day or 15 gallons of fuel, and no charge for the crew car. A reasonable offer and we didn't need fuel so we opted for the $15; we'll definitely come back!

Great experience, great service. Crew car had 2000 miles on it and they just signed it over to me with no hassle.

Sure they have the more expensive fuel, but I believe they're the only FBO on the field with a crew car. I'll pay a couple dollars more to fill up for the crew car any day. Great facility. Very clean. We were marshaled in and given a great parking spot. I would come back here for sure.

Had no fuel uplift and paid only the $15 ramp fee. Still Del Monte provided us with a crew car for a few hours to go downtown for lunch. Can't beat that. Very helpful staff.

We've been going to Million Air in Monterey for years, and I'd rate them as the top FBO in the Western US. The facilities are outstanding, personnel extremely nice and helpful, and the overall experience, from reserving rental cars, to fueling, to parking is excellent.

Stopped last evening in a 172. Great service despite already having full tanks. A sort flight from Palo Alto. $15 ramp fee but free use of a crew car and some nice dinner recommendations. Friendly staff! I'll be coming back and next time I'll leave my fuel tanks a little emptier before coming over the hill.

I flew in back in July 2007 and was treated like a king. Purchased fuel (30 gals) and was loaned a crew car for the evening - even provided with a map and dinner recommendations (Il Fornaio in Carmel - v. Nice). Just called now for help with an upcoming trip. Barbara answered my call and provided car rental info and her hotel recommendations. Very friendly - nothing was too much trouble for her to help me with.

Million Air Monterey deserves your business. I flew my Bonanza in for a couple of days and was treated wonderfully. Everyone was helpful and friendly in every way. My rental car was brought right to the plane. Tie-down was $15 a night; but that is what the hotel I stayed in charges to park a car in non-valet parking. And one night's tie-down was waived with fuel purchase. Millionaire is not cheap, but they run a first class FBO in a first class airport in a first class town. And they treated me as they would one of the many jets that arrived at the same time--even though they would not make as much money. Give Million Air Monterey your business.

Nice folks indeed, but the $15 fine I paid yesterday for not needing fuel, and being on the ramp for less than 10 minutes, creates just enough bad will that I'll move on next time. I'd certainly understand it if the ramp was full, but it was almost empty. If I ever wind up trading my C182 for a GLF5, they're gonna be sorry!

Sunday May 6 stopped at Million Air. Amidst the Citations our little Trinidad received the same reception as one of the big jets. Crew car provided and friendly welcome. Great people on staff! Fast efficient fueling. I recommend this FOB

My experience at Million Air was fantastic. Very professional group, my rental car met us at the airplane and the extremely courteous staff assisted us in every thing we could possible need. Thanks
