The southeast ramp is not advised. You can park there but there is no ingress/egress from the ramp to the terminal. The gate codes are no longer there.

Flew in on Thursday 4 Nov 2010. Food was great and prepared as desired, and service was fast and attentive. Price was reasonable, approx $30 for lunch and dessert for two people. View was perfectly suited to an airport grille - overlooking the slow-but-idyllic 121 ramp and the bay. Restaurant is up-stairs, above the terminal.

Flew in for lunch. Prompt service, reasonable prices, and good food. Try the Monterey Combo - sanddabs and calamari. They also have daily specials.

Nice lunch spot, big windows looking out on the runway and tablecloths with good, though slow, service. I asked Ground for nearest parking and was directed to Del Monte. It's actually a pretty long hike, and they charge a ramp fee or waive it with a 15-gallon fuel buy. Next time will go to the transient parking on the east side of the terminal. Actually closer, and free.
