Great quick-turn here last week -- they marshaled airplane to parking, and had the fuel order completed before I got the desk! Beautiful facility, MSN tower makes it easy to get to/from FBO, very friendly line and desk staff, and small pilot shop with some charts. Great restaurant (Jet Room) in the building.

Great service. FBO has rack rate with Crown Plaza, which has a shuttle, 3 mins from airport. Great staging field before Oshkosh.

Took the family up to Madison for a nice day trip to see the Capital Building, State Street, and Zoo. Wisconsin Aviation provided great support and service. I thought the fuel prices were excellent for a Class "C" Field and the Lineman did a great job with the aircraft. We will be back next year for the Fireworks. Thanks.

Great experience flying into Madison due to the people at Wisconsin Aviation. The young lady who took care of my plane on arrival and departure was absolutely the best. Also, one of the best tower experiences, great help in icing weather for a C-182.

Stopped in on a cross-country flight with a Seminole around 11 pm. Parked and fueled in no time and service was great, one of the nicer FBO's I've been to that wasn't a Signature type place. Fuel is almost $2 cheaper over MKE. The ramp area could use a little more lighting, so if coming in at night, taxi with car.

Day trip into Madison. Excellent services all around. Lineman parked us just outside the doors and asked if we needed any help. Counter help friendly and efficient.

I've flown into MSN almost 10 times by now, although Madison was only my destination twice. On my first CC since earning my Private license I had no problems getting a courtesy car. When I left my camera at WA they called my cell before I had landed in my ultimate destination, 06C. The staffs are great and even though I’ve visited over the course of many months they still remember me. They've never failed to show me where to park, as there's always been a line guy ready to run out and beat my plane to the ramp. I also appreciate that there is no ramp fee, even though I've always bought fuel. I'll never be able to choose a number one FBO, but WA is definitely top 3. The only remotely bad thing that happened while in WA was that one time they called the courtesy shuttle exactly when I asked them too and we didn't get a chance to meet the Ohio State Women's Vball team, but my horoscope takes the blame on that one.

It is not my wish to be a spoiler... Just so users will know.. The past few years I have landed across town. Circumstances forced me to Wisconsin Aviation. Line crew was great. No issues with them. The front desk personnel thought I was invisible. Was way to busy with work? I asked to leave my fuel order and was confronted "did you give it to the line?" He, front desk person, barely made time for my rental car paperwork.. Two hours later returning to strap the King Air’s props I asked for a golf cart ride to the airplane.. 'They will be right here'. Gave up and went on a walk to find the airplane and get it done. Bad service.

Just got home from a trip to MSN, and had to write a review about the folks at WI Aviation. What a class act - I was marshaled into a spot in front of the doors, the line crew was there to help unload, and the guys at the front desk were very helpful in getting me set up for a ride to campus. Upon my return, the plane was topped off and ready to go at the door. No fees or surprises at all. I'll definitely be coming back to MSN and WI Aviation again!

If you are in the area, Wisconsin Aviation is the FBO you want to use. We planned on going into Oshkosh on the first day of AirVenture, but the airport was closed due to poor field conditions. We ended up in Madison and received royal treatment from the line staff. As soon as they processed an arriving aircraft, they carefully towed it to parking, so new arrivals could unload directly in front of the FBO. While offloading, I had a hand full of trash to dump, when a lineman rushed out and took the trash from me, so I could finish securing the aircraft. We had no reservations, but they got us a prime parking spot and even located us a rental car (at a great rate). During the week we stayed in Madison, we made several trip to the airplane (always hoping to launch for OSH). The FBO staff was always helpful, driving us to the plane and waiting while we accomplished our task. I cannot say enough about how great the Line staff, as well as the FBO desk staff was.

Recently, I traveled to Madison Wisconsin while in route to AirVenture. Unfortunately, we were unable to fly into KOSH due to weather conditions and poor ground conditions. However, the service we receive from Air Wisconsin was absolutely outstanding. We were treated as if we flew in on a Gulfstream IV, even though we flew in and a Cessna 182. Our aircraft was treated with the utmost respect and care and literally delivered to the front terminal bore upon departure. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and extremely accommodating and helping us find a car and other amenities. I would highly recommend if you travel to Madison Wisconsin, that you utilize the services of Air Wisconsin.

Terrific service. We were marshalled right in front of the FBO door upon arrival, and the red carpet was laid out and our rental car brought right to the plane. The facility is outstanding and the staff very friendly, courteous and efficient. A model of how an FBO should be designed and run. For our departure the next day our plane was marshalled from the tie down to a spot close to the door, and chocked. There was a $25 handling/ramp fee (even with fuel top off), but for the overnight stay and quality of service, this was not onerous.

Good FBO and reasonable prices. I had asked them for a hangar if storms were expected. They actually called me the night before and asked if I wanted them to move the plane to a hangar.

KMSN was low IFR so not much GA traffic, everyone was stellar: warm greeting, cart for the bags, complicated fuel order (4-tanks) handled correctly and on time. The only minor glitch was the rental wasn't ready on arrival but they apologized and that was quickly rectified; the attitude was "what can I do for you" from everyone. I'll be back... Can't say enough good!

Top-notch FBO for a top-notch city! My C172 was met right away by a lineman who offered to help with bags, and took my fuel order and request for overnight parking. The next morning, they pulled the plane right up front and had everything ready to go. Dealing with these guys was a breeze - they even took me over to the airline terminal to pick up a rental car that Hertz forgot to deliver. I'll definitely be back!

Last minute trip in PC-12 with late evening arrival. Packing, flight planning, printing charts and a call to Kristin, and she arranged the arrival and a stay at nearest Holiday Inn (at the American Center, great crew rate). Arrival met by two line personnel, with quick fueling. Call made for hotel shuttle and I was on my way to hotel in 30 minutes. Excellent Holiday Inn! Great work by all personnel; keep up the great customer service!

Flew into MSN and stopped at Wisconsin Aviation. Tower and ground controllers were very helpful in finding right ramp and folks in FBO were just as helpful and efficient. We only stopping for a few hours but they accommodated our request to get our oxygen and TKS fluid filled ($10 less per gallon than KDPA) on no notice on a Saturday. Even loaned us a crew car that was in better shape than most rental cars even though we weren't buying fuel! NOTE TO PILOTS: If you borrow a crew car, please make sure it has fuel in it when you return it! At least replace the fuel you've used!

I had a mixed experience here, arriving Friday evening around 8:45 pm during Oshkosh. The place was severely understaffed and my Hertz rental car was missing. The clerk insisted that Hertz was out and Enterprise was bringing one. After 2 hours of reassurance (during which the clerk was in a never-ending frenzied rush--and now with all Madison restaurants closed--I called Hertz myself: they had plenty of cars. I cajoled another party into borrowing a crew car with me to actually go get a Hertz car from the terminal--but after a 10-hour trip to get to the busiest aircraft convention of the year, you have to wonder why only one overburdened employee was staffed on the Friday of Oshkosh. I was unimpressed and felt let down. That said, they changed the oil in my Cessna and were very fair about pricing and very attentive to the work. The "during the day" crowd on Sunday on departure was indeed as professional and attentive as I was lead to believe by other pilots in this forum.

I stopped here yesterday for an update of my GPS and was very happy with the service and professional attitude. The line guy was on the way out before my prop stopped spinning. He directed me to the Avionics shop and had my plane towed there almost before I could walk the distance. Ryan in the shop promised 1 hour, and called to say it was done just as I finished breakfast. Excellent food at "The Jet Room"! Also, it was my first time into a class C airport, and the MSN controllers were very nice to deal with.

WA has line service that goes above and beyond the call of duty to get me going with engine problems on a holiday. AirNav is full of comments about great FBOs, but Wisconsin Aviation stands out as one of the very best. (Also: no ramp fees, great fuel prices, and $10/night parking for a piston single.)
