Bizarre - nice terminal - closed Saturday and Sundays. Full busload of kids waiting outside - nothing in site. No FBO that I could see - no services - anywhere even to take a leak. Runways in great shape. Ghost town. What's totally weird is a Cape Air Cessna 402 sitting next to the terminal wide open - cockpit and main hatches wide open and not a soul in site and here we are wandering around looking for a place to pee and get a bite to eat. TSA must have been napping since this was a scheduled airline aircraft on the tarmac - wide open for anyone to walk in and do what they want with it. But the bathrooms in the terminal were secure.. Another TSA lark. If you are looking for any on site services - forget this place. I won't go back.

Flew in from Ottawa for a routine customs inspection, except went to the gas pumps and didn't realize that there was a terminal building on the south side of the field. Long taxi and cleared customs promptly. Self-serve fuel was convenient and quick with the assistance of a lineman from the town. Will happily stop again.

I flew into MSS on May 23, 2009, and the airport officials couldn't have been friendlier. 100LL had recently been reduced to $3.40, and there were no tie-down or landing fees. There were, however, no computers on which, to do a last minute weather check or pilots lounge to relax in.

Flew into MSS on 2-24 and tied down overnight. Had called ahead to clarify parking, etc. And they were very courteous. Upon landing 2 men from the Town drove right up and helped us tie down for the night and made sure we had access codes, etc. That we needed. Used CM Ford of Massena for rental car and they were great to deal with. The pilot lounge was clean and well equipped. Great little airport with friendly staff and highly recommend CM Ford for rental car needs.
