Great friendly service! They've got it all, -except fuel! Sounds like the county-run FBO is keeping the fuel competition away through "small-town politics". Hardly seems fair. I will continue to use the instrument approaches for training and JetAway's great facilities for everything else. And I'll keep the tanks topped elsewhere, not MTJ.

JetAway Aviation is a World Class FBO and their facilities are second to none. My Citation CJ3 is always welcome and they always have room for it in their immense hangar. All personnel are professionally trained and their ground handling equipment is brand new. Unfortunately, JetAway does not currently have fuel due to the local government wanting to support a fuel monopoly that consistently has gouged the eyes and wallets out of everyone who buys fuel at MTJ. When (not if) JetAway is allowed to sell fuel, visitors to Montrose will feel welcome and not taken advantage of because there will be a fair and competitive environment for the consumer wishing to purchase fuel and isn't that the American way, the way it is supposed to be?

Excellent service and facilities. Way better than the other "in a trailer" FBO.

This facility does not have fuel. If they tell you they have fuel make sure they are not just trying to get you there. They will charge you a ramp fee and call the real FBO to come and sell you fuel.

Wrong size rental car showed up. 30 minutes wait for replacement. Hertz at fault. $300/night for hangar!! Helpful and pleasant staff.

Diverted from Telluride in a Citation Excel and the service and facilities were great! Fuel came in a timely manner from the other FBO and there were no issues. Will definitely go back.

Great service. They even called to find out where we were when delayed due to weather. Hangar at $150/night way too expensive for a CJ1 in the summer. Only used as tstorms forecast. Rental car also expensive at $130/day for an SUV but that may not be the FBO fault.
