I can't say enough good things about Air America. We diverted in there for fuel and arrived about 2215 -- after the airport and Air America are closed. There's no self-serve fuel at MWH (a fact I didn't know at the time) but Tower called over to Air America and the bookkeeper, who happened to be working late, stayed even later so that she could bring the fuel truck around for us. She even gave us a discount when we told her we were on our way home from Oshkosh! What a great experience, another one of those that remind me what great people you meet flying GA!

Great service! I was met getting out of my airplane by Larry with a bottle of ice cold water. While my plane was being refueled I relaxed in the shade of an umbrella with my water and a delicious brownie, also provided by Larry. To top it off, he offered me a 50 cent per gallon discount for being a first time customer! I'll be back. Thanks Larry for proving service is still alive at Air America.

Dave stayed late after a call on our behalf from FSS. He arrived at the plane with two cold water bottles, sent us into town with the crew car, and had receipt ready when we returned. Thanks for good service!

I flew into KMWH as a complete stranger September 20th 2007 and felt I was being treated like a VIP - friendly, courteous and helpful personnel. Hopefully I will see them again.

I told my brother to watch upon landing in Moses Lake. My forecast was for a person running with batons and bottles of water because we had not called in advance. Sure enough, you can count on Air America to send a runner to service your aircraft. Fresh home made cookies; friendly service and the owner sent a bag of Rainier cherries to my wife. This is how a FBO should be run!!!!! Thanks Air America

Diverted from Wenatchee, WA. Called on Unicom and Air America had a rental car waiting to take our passenger on his way. Great job! Nice folks and very professional staff.

Must echo the comments of others, but have to add some 'cautions'. Connie's brownies are not belt friendly...Your belt will shrink over time. She adds the feminine touch to the FBO, which is a good thing. Harold is always there to greet you with a smile, fuels the plane, cleans the windshield, and checks the oil. Relatively, their fuel is the cheapest around, as of this date, for the services they provide. For those returning to the states from Canada, Customs is located in the same building as Air America so if your looking for cheap fuel, awesome brownies, cold water, great line services and instrument approaches, Air America @ Grant County would be the place. P.S., Grant County's controllers and tower folk are extremely accommodating, friendly and patience considering they have to deal w/ a ton of military traffic mixed in w/ a high volume of student pilots as well as customers acclimating to their Boeing planes. True professionals!

Great Service. Treated like royalty. Was guided in by owner using signal wands (better brush up on the signals!) and shown to the FBO office where homemade brownies, cold water and coffee await...FREE! This is how an FBO should be run! I will be back for sure! Did I mention the massage chairs!

We just wanted to say thank you to all our valued customers for your loyal support. Through the month of August, we would like to reward you with your choice of an Air America t-shirt or hat (your choice) on your next visit. Just mention this notice to receive one (limit one per customer). As always, the brownies are fresh, the bottled water icy cold and the coffee hot!

This place is the best! It should be a model for how FBO's are ran. "I'll be back"
