		Our First time in New Orleans Landmark was great met us at the plane with the rental car and took care of the plane while we were having fun. Great experience.

		I fly into Lakefront on a regular basis, it doesn't matter if I fly in on a 152 or King Air I get the same exceptional service on every visit. Landmark has been wise to keep this remarkable staff in place at one of the countries most courteous, efficient, and professionally run FBO's. I am in the FBO business, and I use examples from this facility constantly with my own staff. They simply do things right! Hats off to the crew for providing seamless support during a Saints playoff / National Championship weekend. We got the same great service on the busiest of busy weekends, as we do on the regular old slow days. These guys do big events with ease, when everything else is crazy. Thanks again Landmark New Orleans, I look forward to my next visit.

		The Pros: nice lady at the front desk, and nice facilities. The Cons: They don't waive the ramp fee. $25/night tie down fee the most expensive 100LL I have seen in a long time. How is Landmark even staying in business?

		I have been to many FBOs all over the USA and Landmark at KNEW is one of the Best! All staff was very friendly and helpful. And when you put my Black Pilatus in the hangar to shade it from the hot sun, well, you guys are SUPER!! Thanks Landmark.

		Landed at KNEW on a whim passing through from Florida to Los Angeles. Landed late in the day on Friday, and everyone at Landmark was sooooooo helpful. There was a festival in the quarter for the weekend, and all the hotels were booked up, but the ladies at Landmark found a nice place for us to stay, and even gave us a ride to the hotel!! Amazing service. Line guys were friendly and helpful, and even asked how I'd like them to push the airplane if necessary (experimental taildragger). When I go back, I'll definitely use them again. Thanks Andy!!!

		The desk staff was courteous but not helpful with local directions. The afternoon of my departure my airplane was parked a long walk from the FBO. No offer was made to pull the airplane up or give me a ride out to it. The $ for 100LL full service was as expected, but the "Fees" were a BIG surprise. Will try Flightline First on the next trip.
