Another great visit to KNYL and Careflight. Friendly welcome, quick full service, and pilot and aircraft info already on file. Emailed our receipt. Couldn't have been more efficient. Great on field location. Definitely a great stopover. Try them out. Thanks.

Great people and good service! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and crew gave us a ride locally, dropped us of and picked us up. Was a great ending to a week long journey from Nashville.

Spent the night in Yuma for work and the folks at CareFlight outdid themselves. Joe Gamez and his gang are a class act. I look forward to visiting them again...

We were very happy with the service and friendliness of the crew at CareFlight. We found it very easy to get into and out of Yuma. CareFlight also gave us a discount on the truck fuel. Highly recommend this as a desert stop along the southern airway route.

I have never been to CareFlight, but have had many of our instructors go there when they fly into Yuma. I have not had any reports stating that they were not satisfied with any of the services they have received.. It is also very helpful that they have the 24 hr Self Serve Station since we are a 24 hr flight academy. All in all, I would have to say it is a first class operation. Thanks Joe and CareFlight for taking care of our fleet when in your area!!

This is a first class operation! I called a day ahead; Tiffany was very pleasant, took the parking request confirmed arrival time, offered to make hotel reservations and arrange ground transportation. Upon arrival I was met at the taxiway exit with a 'Follow-me' cart and guided to a tie-down. Upon shutdown and opening the pilots window I was handed a cold bottle of water (it was about 107) and greeted by name. Joe tied the plane down, chocked the wheels, called for the hotel shuttle, helped with the canopy cover then loaded my luggage and whisked me off to their air conditioned office and lounge – all in about 5 minutes time. The facility is very well equipped, pilot support areas are clean and useable, includes Internet connection and phone. Brittany, the services coordinator, was very helpful in making sure my account information was current and that I had my flight related needs met. I'd highly recommend a visit to CareFlight when you stop in Yuma.

First off, I agree with the previous poster - CareFlight's location on the field is kind of hard to find if you're not familiar - get progressive taxi instructions if available. Once there however, you will not be disappointed. These guys were great! Upon our early Saturday morning arrival, they had the fuel truck & a crew car standing by. The service here is quick & friendly!

If you want the red carpet treatment be sure to stop at CareFlight on the west side of the field. Belinda cheerfully reserved a courtesy car for us over the phone (loaned with no time limit). When we landed we were marshaled in to parking and Joe the Manager himself tied us down and the late model, excellent courtesy car was there waiting for us, engine running and air on. No fuss, no muss, and the most courteous treatment ever. If you're going to Los Algodones, Mexico, this FBO and courtesy car make it a simple and perfect connection.

KNYL Yuma was a fuel stop for the 2009 Riverside Pilots Air Rally. We stopped at CareFlight Aviation for fuel & a pre-arranged catered lunch. Everyone was friendly & glad to see us. It was our first time to Yuma & we'll be back and will return to CareFlight Aviation. The manager Joe Gamez made sure all of our needs were met. We recommend CareFlight Aviation. One heads up alert: Be careful on the Yuma taxi diagrams. The printed versions lack detailed information about the taxiways. Be sure to use progressive taxi instructions from ground control (who are very helpful as well).

Awesome little FBO. Tied us down instantly and quickly gave a ride over to the terminal. The manger Joe was extremely friendly and gave a great deal on fuel. Lux Air bought out Bet-Ko and so its just CareFlight and Lux Air now on field. These people enjoy taking care of you and want to keep you as a return customer.

We were in Yuma recently for an overnight in a Citation Ultra. This was probably the most thorough, helpful staff we have encountered in quite some time. No detail was overlooked and the fuel price was EXCELLENT-probably the best price I have seen on Jet in years! Thanks Care Flight and we will we definitely see you again next time we are in Yuma.

All three FBOs have changed hands over the past two years. I am based at Yuma and had been using Sun Western for about ten years until John Ewing sold. Joe solicited my business and he got it. I'm hard to please, but I must say Joe and his crew are the best. They monitor the radios -- so by the time I'm taxing up to my hangar they are already there with the fuel truck. They are always ready for any special requests. Absolutely superb service. I haven't used the other FBOs since they've changed hands -- they may be excellent, too. But I'll never find out. CareFlight will never lose my business with their level of excellence.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe for several years. He and his crew are professional, friendly, and value customer service over anything else. I have a hangar on the field and whenever I land there is a fuel truck and a cold bottle of water waiting for me. Careflight has the best facilities on the airport and the only self-serve fuel pumps. I have nothing bad to say about them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

First Class service from Joe. Rental car was pulled up to the aircraft. Very clean and pleasant facility. The new format of e-mail receipt is an excellent concept. Arrived back at home to prepare my expense report and the receipt had been sent to me electronically. Highly recommend this location in Yuma. Thanks.

I have used Careflight for the last 4 months, parking my Mooney and twin turbine business helicopter and can't say enough about Joe and the crew that works here. They are always there to park us and have our rental cars waiting. No matter what you fly the crew will treat you like a VIP. Easy to get in and out of - with a self-serve pump right on the ramp. I travel often for work and this is one of the best FBOs I've worked with. Highly recommended!

I called ahead for a Saturday evening arrival and Brittney said the lineman will wait for me. Even though I was an hour late, the "Meet Me" truck was waiting for me on the taxiway and guided me in! Joe Gamez did an excellent job with fueling. I hung out in the "Crew Room" for a few hours waiting for my passengers to return. Very friendly FBO. Thanks Brittney and Joe! I will return!

My wife and I made a quick stop to top-off our 172 while on our way to Mexico and were treated to great service by Joe (the GM) and his crew. The winds were blowing quite nicely and two linemen came to the self-serve pumps and did everything for us - even cleaned the windows. They made for a very quick stop and are a very welcoming bunch. With three FBOs on the field, it is oblivious to us which one we will use in the future. CareFlight knows how to keep customers happy!

I'd like to thank Joe, Bhreanna and the staff at Careflight for their outstanding service. I needed arrangements for a rental car during my overnight stay and they took care of everything. I landed, was guided to parking and in the car (which had doors opened and was running) all in about 5 minutes. They treated me like a King Air driver. Service doesn't get any better than this! My wife and I will definitely come back to Careflight on our next trip to Yuma!

CareFlight helped me in distress! Needing fuel, I taxied up to a sign advertising a popular brand of fuel with a large "OPEN" sign. The only thing open was a large dark empty hangar. I called two other FBOs to find out where to get fuel and got no answer at one, but CareFlight's number went through to a cell phone. The nice man on the phone gave us detailed taxi instructions to the self-service station. Then we had some minor problems with the pump so he drove out to meet us and fill us up from the truck. Very accommodating, nice, and helpful!

I had to make an unplanned stop because of weather on a Sunday afternoon. Looking for a place to wait it out I called CareFlight on the radio. Joe Gamez guided me in to the ramp, tied me down and made my son and I feel right at home. I hadn't planned on buying any fuel but I couldn't let the great service go unrewarded. Thanks Joe.

I flew Areotec's AS350 to CareFlight to base our operations for a few days working in the area. From the start the staff was very helpful and professional. Today I asked to have the aircraft washed. They called a couple of hours later to inform me that they were finished so I could reposition off of the wash rack back to parking. Within about 5 min., a freak squall came through with high winds and heavy rain right over the airport. I ran in to get to the acft to get the rotors tied down and was given a ride directly to the acft.. When I got there the line crew that had just washed the acft. had gotten the tie downs out and had the rotors secured. This is a one in one thousand experience for the crew to be so on top of things keeping any damage from happening to the ship and demonstrating such excellent judgment. Thanks so much to a job very well done to the entire staff at CareFlight Aviation Center FBO.

Service was prompt, friendly and professional. By the time I was done in Customs, plane was already topped off. Needed to overnight in Yuma. Staff booked my hotel for me, and chose one that shuttled me from and to the airport the next morning. They were totally service oriented to me. I'll fuel up and park at CareFlight next time I am in Yuma.

Great service at CareFlight! I stopped in for gas and got a ride from the tie-down to the office in a nice golf cart while the service man topped us off. While inside, the employees were barbecuing and treated us to a sample of some excellent chicken off the grill! After that they tossed me and my family some free water and took us back to the plane. Service was no less than excellent!
