Spent two wonderful days in Yuma last weekend while attending the "City of Yuma" endurance flight celebration. The service and help at Lux Air was top notch. Everyone we worked with there bent over backwards to help and really made the visit enjoyable. Also had an excellent time at the Best Western Coronado hotel. Wish that all the stops and overnight stays were as nice as this one.

Very WILLING and Helpful staff. Fuel price was same as listed here on AirNav. I have dealt with Lux Air before, and they always have very good staff at the locations I have visited. KNYL tower is extremely helpful. Finding the Numbers can be a pain with all that sand. Very professional tower and approach staff.

Once again good service and good price. Landed after dark on Thursday. Left instructions to fuel late Sunday for early Monday a.m. departure. Plane was fueled as requested; the lineman was helpful at 6 a.m. In the morning. Not a lavish facility, but adequate, convenient, and a good value.

YUM is my favorite and most frequent stop, partly because of the prompt and friendly service at Sun Western. A lineman appears instantly to see about fuel, and Jackie and others inside consistently provide friendly service. A good buy in fuel doesn't hurt things much either!

Landed to top-off with cheap gas before heading to San Diego area. Called on the frequency about 30 minutes before landing to request quick turn. Lineman was waiting for us, directed us to parking then proceeded to fuel us. From shut down to start up it took less than 15 minutes. Excellent friendly service, and good price on 100LL. It was at least $1.50/gal less than anyone in San Diego area.

Best fuel prices and friendliest staff around. They had a fuel truck waiting for us and we we're fueled and ready to go within 20 minutes. The inside and bathrooms could use some cleaning and updating though.

IATA student pilots want to extend a warm and sincere THANKS to the staff at Sun Western Flyers. We were stranded at the FBO overnight due to weather at our home base; the staff went above and beyond in assuring we found accommodations and a meal. They got us to and from our Airport in personal vehicles. This FBO is exceptional at our "Quick Turns" and have always provided fast, friendly service. Definitely worth stopping in!!

I would avoid this FBO if you are in any kind of hurry. We called in advance to ensure a quick turn, followed up with a fax and when we got there had to wait 20 minutes before the fueling started, even though there was no other fueling going on. The Jet-A pump trucks are real slow and so is the staff. All in all our "quick turn" lasted about 45 minutes.

I just wanted to thank Tim and the rest of the gang at Sun Western Flyers for their wonderful support for the pilots of Flights For Life, an all-volunteer pilots organization. Their quick refueling and courteous service has always been a consistent even as the temperatures soar. We have used Sun Western Flyers for years as we moved blood and blood platelets in and out of Yuma. The efforts of Tim and his crew have provided a valuable service to their community as well as the State of Arizona.

A quick note of thanks from the Boeing KC767 flight test crew. Tim and his people were nothing short of excellent. They had everything ready when we got there, made sure we were taken care of, and were very attentive, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. Definitely adding Yuma to our preferred stops because of them. Thanks guys.
