Dropped in to deliver Blood Platelets. Was marshaled in, and treated kindly. The certificate for a sandwich and a drink for just $1 is a nice touch! Wonderful operation.

I had stopped at Million Air one time, on a Sunday, and was told I could not park near the office. That was reserved for Million Air. I was only going to be there about 2 hours. I had to park in the back 40 and walk several hundred yards to the gate, no offer of help from Million Air. And about the ramp fees people. Per their lease with the airport, they cannot charge any fee. You do pay around 22 cents per gallon put on by the airport.

Stopped by on 7 Apr 2013. I came in a beat up old Skyhawk, bought the self-serve gas, and then taxied over the FBO. I was marshaled in to a front row spot. An ice cold bottled water was waiting. I told them I already bought gas and I was just going to check weather and use the restroom. No problem, enjoy the Internet and free soda while I was there. Can't complain.

Pilot lounge was full of immigration employees who are non pilots leaving no room for pilots with nowhere else to relax while we wait for hours. Ordered fuel when we arrived, went to dinner, came back and still have not been fueled. Told we would get fueled at some point before we leave which is later tonight. Not happy unfortunate we have to return tomorrow. We bought 500 gallons of Jet A, planned on buying more tomorrow but that will probably change.

Marshalled our King Air to parking. Took the passenger’s to/from the Terminal for their rental car. Had a few hours to kill and the facility was over the top. Every time I got up someone was there to see if I needed any help. Over the top, even for Million Air.

Keith was a real lifesaver. I had a quit turn out of Yuma when an exiting passenger managed to spill a cup of coffee. I pulled the runner and got to work inside the plane and when I turned around Keith grabbed the runner and started cleaning it. I can't thank him enough for his hard work and initiative. I never would have made my next flight if it weren’t for him.

March 11-14. Great service and very nice people. It's nice when you can show up in an experimental 2-seater and get treated like you arrived in a Citation!

Flew in the morning of March 11th and found an oil streak on the side of the aircraft. The line crew were the best I have every experienced. They were extremely helpful and supportive while I was repairing the leak.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were offered a courtesy car, drinks and snacks. Very nice facility. I was surprised by a Million Air facility, which doesn't charge a ramp fee. We bought 20 gallons from the truck and stayed for a few hours. The only charge was for the fuel. Very nice operation and we appreciated the lack of handling/parking/ramp fees, which are common at FBOs of this caliber.

Very nice terminal and lots of room for parking. They sell both full service and self serve so when you buy gas, you support their business. Ramon helped us unload and used their van to take us to our hotel. Marine Corp policy won't let private vehicles on the ramp, but Million Air met us in parking lot with golf cart and up and off loaded our stuff. Great service and no tie down, handling or landing fees.

All of the linemen consistently provide exception service and always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. Larry, Keith, Robert, Cody, and Hannibal are to be commended for the attention to detail, safety, and quality customer service.

Called for fuel before departure and was met with courteous CSR who sent the Avgas truck over right away. Daniel and other lineman did a great job. Thx for the service...

I got in late and it was dark. I taxied off into the distance down Z (lost) while headlights were following me damn near in circles. Decided to just park out in the middle someplace at a tiedown. The lineman pulled up in the truck and was very friendly. He suggested we go inside and unwind (while he got the elec. Tug and put the plane in a great tiedown location right outside the door and had it tied down for me already by the time I went to the restroom and back outside). He gave me a quick tour of the facility (you have to check out the Theater) before our ride showed up and sent me on my way with some tasty cookies and a soda. My boss was VERY impressed (guess I should've told him Million Air is really ONE IN A MILLION). Even if you are "just a small transient GA" you will be treated like a king.

I would like to thank the entire staff at Million Air for their continued support of all UK Military traffic, which has had to use MCAS Yuma since the latter part of last year. Their continued support and professional attitude has been paramount in ensuring all on going exercise schedules have been met time and time again. Thanks again.

Incredible service. Larry went above and beyond when we arrived at closing time. He stayed open late, found us a hotel and then shuttled us there. Top rate facility and a superstar like Larry on staff.

WOW! Our visit on 2/21/11 at their new facility was most excellent! From the line-crew Cory to the Administrative team Sandra and Angelica we were treated like VIP's. Even though we were a light single a/c they treated us like corporate execs in a Jet A burner. Unfortunately we arrived a day after their 'Grand Opening' event but, they seemed to still be in the spirit; somehow I feel these folks are that way all the time. They also generously offered the use of their nearly new Toyota van so we could get into town for lunch, etc. I think this visit was one of the very finest I've ever experienced at any FBO across the country - Many thanks and best wishes for continued success. I would highly recommend this FBO to anyone. Regards.

Million Air Yuma is outstanding! Their new building is very nice; can hardly believe you're in Yuma when inside. Everyone friendly and enthusiastic to help even though we were just a C-172. Gave us a free ride to the hotel 5 miles away and picked us up early morning 5 days later. This FBO is better than many in the big cities.

This winter was our first extended stay in Yuma. We brought the airplane and it was tied down at Million Air. The staff has been very friendly and professional. They treat single engine piston drivers the same as the corporate crowd. On January 27th they vacated their temporary facility and moved into their new, state of the art facility nearby.
