Great service and friendly staff. Very nice facilities.
From Jim Daniell on 29-Aug-2017

What an exceptional FBO. These are really friendly folks. We waited out some bad weather there on our way home to San Antonio from Santa Fe in our C-182. Very comfortable and well appointed and decorated interior. It was about 24 hours before Hurricane Harvey was to make landfall on the Texas coast. They brought us a fruit and cheese tray and gave us their last Wildcat hat for our daughter. She said it looked like her dog when he gets mad. Thank you so much.
From Harold Wickham on 20-Apr-2017

WOW!!! I have never been so spoiled... I have flown across country several time and visited many FBO's; this one is the Best "Wildcatter" has the friendliest staff, Best services. I will always recommend to fellow pilots and would certainly fly out of my way for such Fantastic service. Thank You Wildcatter
From Paul Cook on 18-Feb-2017

Yesterday was another wonderful experience at Wildcatter. We fly in fairly regularly (I wish more often) in our King Air 250. Kristan, Kathy, Gavin, Trey and the rest of the crew are amazing. My last time into ODO and Wildcatter was in my Cirrus several months ago and the service was just as exemplary.
From Gus Meza on 17-Jan-2017

Personnel are incredible and services are great. The facility is very, very nice and very clean. The decor is wonderful with very tasteful paintings and pictures of aircraft. Very nice mural on the wall. Nice crew cars and always clean. It is always a pleasure visiting Wildcatter and seeing smiling faces. Thank you for making our job easier.
From Mike Harwood on 06-Oct-2016

Beware of ramp fees! They wanted to charge me a $125 ramp fee for my Cheyenne while I went to lunch. They did lower the fee when I complained. I don't expect fees like this at a non-towered airport. One the other hand, the facility is first class and the service and fuel prices were very good. The solution is to buy fuel... They will waive the charges if you buy enough fuel.
From Rick Hazen on 05-Oct-2016

If you have to go to KODO there is only 1 place. Wildcatter Aviation. Fortunately it's a great FBO. Super facility, good fuel price, friendly staff, knowledgeable line guys and nice pilot lounge. Wish all FBO's were this good!
From Ryan Short on 03-Oct-2016

I fly through the Midland / Odessa area nearly every week on an aerial photography mission and Wildcatter Aviation is our destination of choice in the area for a fuel stop. Great folks, friendly staff, good service.
From Nancy J Wright on 22-Aug-2016

My family stopped at Wildcatter for a fuel stop on our way to south Texas. Very reasonable self serve fuel prices, and they'll give you a ride in their carts to the FBO. Really nice people and a nice FBO.
From D Bell on 15-Aug-2016

Bought fuel. Stayed a couple of nights. FBO said they would put the plane in a hangar if it stormed. Sure enough it did, and they took care of the plane like they said they would. First class FBO. Nice facility. Great prices. Friendly folks. Thank you, Wildcatter.
From Brett Hobson on 06-Jul-2016

Great place Very helpful staff. Self-service fuel was down due to storm. Provided substantial discount on full service fuel due to self-serve being damaged by storm. Will definably be back.
From J. Cooper on 05-Jul-2016

Great FBO! Terrific facility, extraordinarily friendly, helpful and professional personnel, nice amenities. One big drawback - pre-mixed Jet A adds $1.80/gal to fuel price.
From Mike Wise on 25-May-2016

This is a very nice facility. Very helpful in providing transportation for our owner and the pilot. Lineman Cody was especially helpful in helping us to get a hangar for our King Air when we had an unexpected overnight because of weather. He also went out of his way to help us find a hotel. Highly recommended if you are in the Midland-Odessa area.
From Tobias Muhlhofer on 22-May-2016

Visited the self-serve fuel facility (which is away from the main FBO). Everything worked great, and the staff inquired on multiple occasions via radio whether they could do anything else for me. I was in a hurry, so did not get a chance to visit the FBO directly; maybe next time.
From Wayne Robbins on 07-May-2016

Friendly, professional, and accommodating staff, running a top-notch FBO with great facilities. Couldn't possibly ask for more. Thanks for a worry-free RON - looking forward to the next visit!
From Kory Nakatsu on 28-Apr-2016

Stopped in for gas and had to leave our plane there and drive due to weather. The crew at Wildcatter kept our plane in their hangar for the week to protect it from the storms - no charge! When we returned, it was fueled and ready on the ramp. I haven't seen customer service like this, ever. We will find excuses to pass through again.
From Nigel Milligan on 21-Mar-2016

The owner, Bob, has done an outstanding job with this FBO. Obviously takes great pride in offering a first rate service and facility. Very comfortable building with lots of aviation art, photos and murals. Kristin & Richard CSR's and line guys Cody, Chris and Logan did a great job looking after the helicopter and me while I was there for a few days doing survey work. Everyone was prompt and professional. Nice one everybody. This is up there with Galaxy and Million Air.
From Matthew Garner on 19-Dec-2015

Upon engine start in our Citation, we were alerted to a brake line leaking by a very observant lineman. The Wildcatter staff quickly found a mechanic to assist us. We were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Great staff and facilities!
From Karey Nelson on 06-Dec-2015

We stopped into Wildcatter to pick up a package and make some equipment adjustments. These guys couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The staff and management are A+!!!
From Victor Taylor Irvington, Alabama on 05-Dec-2015

A big thanks to Cody and Logan the line crew that went above and beyond their duty to assist me. I wanted to get an early start but when I got to the airplane it was covered in ice. Since you can't scrape ice off a composite aircraft these two great guys got buckets of hot water from the bathroom and rags so we could wipe the ice off the wings. As you can imagine it wasn't fun at all. I highly recommend this for a stop. The FBO was very clean, the staff excellent, and prices reasonable. The only disadvantage is no crew car but they said they were talking about that soon so please try to support these guys when you can. You won't regret it.
From S Delgado on 26-Oct-2015

Landed here on a cross country from Atlanta to Phoenix. Nice crew got us fueled and hydrated for our last leg to Phoenix. Field has a bunch of runways but be careful as winds were calm and people were using different runways. They are located mid-field... You can't miss it.
From Brad Benson on 22-Sep-2015

We regularly fly in and out of KODO from Dallas for business. Sometimes it's a Mooney, sometimes a Cherokee Six, and now will normally be in a Cirrus. Regardless of the plane, the service is always top notch. The facility is nice, clean, and new. ODO is very "piston aircraft friendly." Highly recommend.
From Sam M on 09-Jul-2015

These guys are great, very professional and do everything the right way. They work very hard and quickly whether it is fueling or putting you in a hangar. They treat the small guys and business jets the same, which is rare to see in aviation. Great place to base your aircraft for business or personal use. Thank you for all the help!
From Steven Fingerhut on 03-Jul-2015

I flew in on 6/29 and departed the next day. I had called ahead and rented one of their cars, very nice clean mid sized car for $60 a day and gas. I was met plane side with the car running the AC on with cold water, red carpet, and help with anything I could ask by two linemen. That night a large storm blew in and my aircraft was placed in the hangar. I could not have been treated better by their staff. This is a regular stop for me and I am very fortunate to be able to have this service on a regular basis.
From John J. Carey on 22-Jun-2015

I was ferrying an experimental RV6A to Long Island New York (FRG) and arrived at Wildcatter Aviation on May 9th 2015 to stop for fuel and to alter my original route of flight around inclement weather in Texas and Oklahoma. The line crew met me and gave excellent service. I was unable to find a safe route around the weather that would get me to NY in the original time frame that I had. I elected to leave the RV there and fly commercial back to San Diego for a previous commitment. Wildcatter solved my worries about leaving the RV there and rented me a hangar at a reasonable rate. This is a great FBO. The decor is outstanding and something to see for all aviation enthusiasts. I returned on 6/1 and completed the flight to FRG. I can't thank them enough for their professional and courteous service.
From Jason Andrews on 04-Jun-2015

Great service as always with this FBO. Plan on a ramp fee or expensive 100LL. Light twin was $50 bucks for a few hours on the ramp. Such is life these days. People are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The new FBO really is a sharp place with lots of WWII airplane porn and complimentary water, tea and COOKIES!!! Thank you for the enjoyable experience!
From Deane Page on 08-May-2015

Great service. Arrived late on a Sunday and Shanna helped with a top off and finding accommodation. Put the airplane in the hangar because of hail risk. Bob gave me a ride to the hotel. It was ready to go at 0600 the next morning.
From Ron Mathis on 28-Mar-2015

  First class all the way.
From Mike Salmon on 11-Feb-2015

First class operation with a really nice new facility. Very helpful and friendly service. Love the warbird pictures on the walls! 24 hour access to your plane and they offered to come out after hours if you need help.
From Mark Antoine on 21-Jan-2015

Superb and friendly service during the times I've been there.
From Chris Coash on 14-Jan-2015

Outstanding service last night! The facility looks great, and all the employees were very helpful.
From Jonathan Trunz on 13-Jan-2015

I arrived at sunset and was quickly tied down and whisked away to the NICE FBO bldg. by golf cart. As others have mentioned, VERY difficult to find a hotel room during the week due to oil companies renting out large groups of rooms for workers. Debbie and Shana worked tirelessly to find me a cancellation (299 bucks!) at Residence Inn. They gave me a nice Kia SUV to use for the night, and when I returned next morning my a/c was fueled up as requested. They offered to pull it closer to the FBO, though I had left the brake on, so they gave me a ride in the golf cart back to airplane. Oh, and all this for my 20 gals of 100LL for my little LSA. No other fees etc. Would suggest arranging hotel ahead of time, but definitely go to Wildcatter at KODO.
From Phil Gustafson on 11-Nov-2014

This is a great alternative to KMAF. Small aircraft friendly and a great new facility make this the go to place in Midland/Odessa area. Avis-Odessa will deliver a car with a few hours notice, just make sure and tell them to deliver to Schlemeyer.
From Paul Cook on 06-Nov-2014

I have been flying 43 years and this is without question one of the best FBO's I have ever encountered. Debbie, Kathy, Shanna, and the entire team were amazing. Great fuel prices, a beautifully decorated facility, old-fashioned Texas hospitality and convenient access. What more could you ask for?
From Kyle Ridgeway on 02-Nov-2014

The former FBO leaseholder was okay, but this new FBO director/owner has cleaned up the place, and has OUTSTANDING customer service efforts. Apparently they are also planning on getting the fuel cost down too. I believe the lineman said they changed owners on Oct first.
From Walter Chartrand on 28-Oct-2014

What an incredible alternative to KMAF! Great prices, easy in and out plus First Class - Red Carpet Service. Wildcatter is a "safety conscious" FBO staffed with true professionals that know what customer service really means.
