I have been flying regularly into RIC for 20 years and have started late last year to use OFP as an alternative due to more competitive prices and better service. HoVA is an excellent FBO.

A great FBO! Lineman waiting to park me. A Mercedes crew car for my meeting in Richmond. My plane was ready when I came back. I wish all FBO's were this good.

This is how an FBO should be run! Enterprise messed up my rental and didn't deliver it to the airport for my Sunday arrival. HoVA worked to resolve the issue (even though it wasn't their problem) over the weekend. Since the rental car office was closed, they offered me their crew car until a rental could be arranged. Well done!

I flew in a few times this spring to do some flight training. Just after the wheels chirped the desk was asking if I needed fuel. Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn't, but they were very helpful regardless. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Stopped to let off a passenger. Returned the next day to pick her up. Very friendly people, even though I didn't need any services. Nice FBO.

I flew in to look at a boat. Commonwealth Boat Brokers is only a few miles away. The guys a HOVA were terrific! Super service and they even let me borrow the caddy courtesy car...Affectionately known as the beast! Fuel prices were a little on the high side, but overall they definitely earned a 5 star rating.

Flew in and was parked and greeted by a lineman.. Who immediately cleaned my bug smothered windshield for me after I had only asked to borrow a can of Prist. Great first impression. Prompt fuel service, and extremely polite and pleasant desk girls made my short stop seem too short. I was back a week later and was again greeted by the polite line and desk staff. I collected my things and they gave me directions to my hotel and their crew car for the night (not to mention making my hotel reservations for me). They were able to wash the airplane first thing in the morning and even gave me a ride to downtown Richmond to pick up my rental car. One of the best facilities I have visited. Great service and great people. I would highly recommend this FBO! Thanks again to the staff at HOVA for the great service, and making my job easier!

There are fancy FBOs and then there are those that just do everything right. Flew into OFP yesterday in my Cirrus for a fuel stop (been here many times before). They are prompt, convenient, with excellent service. Crew cars, flight planning, and a friendly staff make this a repeat stop for us.

Flew in for an Angel Flight pickup. Nice airport. Would definitely use this airport again. Lineman was there to park me right in front of the FBO.

A friend and I flew in on October 14th for lunch at the University of Richmond. FBO staff could not have been more helpful. They printed out detailed directions and even lent us the Mercedes crew car. This is a well-run and user-friendly FBO and I will definitely be back.

Flew in on 10/02/09 for two nights. Great service, friendly folks. Reasonable $5.00 tiedown fee. Good facility.

Flew into KOFP on Saturday for a family event. HOVA is an excellent FBO with a friendly staff and a modern and clean facility. There were no landing or ramp fees for the day and the fuel was reasonably priced. Great alternative to KRIC if you need to be in Richmond.

Flew in with an inop alternator. Ronnie had a new alternator the next day and allowed me to help with the installation. Great service and nice people.
