A friend and I flew in on October 14th for lunch at the University of Richmond. FBO staff could not have been more helpful. They printed out detailed directions and even lent us the Mercedes crew car. This is a well-run and user-friendly FBO and I will definitely be back.

Flew in on 10/02/09 for two nights. Great service, friendly folks. Reasonable $5.00 tiedown fee. Good facility.

Flew into KOFP on Saturday for a family event. HOVA is an excellent FBO with a friendly staff and a modern and clean facility. There were no landing or ramp fees for the day and the fuel was reasonably priced. Great alternative to KRIC if you need to be in Richmond.

Flew in with an inop alternator. Ronnie had a new alternator the next day and allowed me to help with the installation. Great service and nice people.

Flew into OFP on 10/24 with inop transponder. Even though 5:00pm tech was kind enough to run diagnostic check. Very friendly staff.

Stopped in for a weekend reunion and the folks at OFP could not have been nicer! Great facility with a nice crew car and helpful staff. Thanks OFP for maker our stop pleasant, and the AirBoss discount is just icing on the cake... Keep up the good work!

My wife and I flew up from Hampton Roads Executive on Saturday. They were very helpful. Our rental car was waiting for us... they made all of the arrangements with Enterprise and the lineman drove it around to the plane for us so we could load. We ended up staying overnight due to some fog in Hampton Roads and it was never an issue. Great stop, great service, would gladly stop here again.

Excellent service! We were asked prior to landing if we needed any service and were promptly directed to a tie down spot for our 4-day stay, with our rental car ready. Fuel was reasonable. We will definitely stay here next time we return to the area.

I visit OFP monthly for business and pleasure. Service has been first class when arriving in a company CE525 or my Tiger. Mercedes crew car available. Last trip was June 7-8. A lineman met my AG-5B promptly and offered assistance with bags. The front desk service was pleasant, crew rest area clean and quiet. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this FBO. Fuel is a bit high, but the service more than makes up for it.

Heart of VA Aviation has done an outstanding job of bringing the level of service and welcome at Hanover up to a high standard. I often fly in from MD to visit family and find a courteous and friendly staff each time. HOV has also contributed to the Virginia Passport program and were a major factor in that program's revitalization - THANK YOU.

Stopped here today during an IFR X-C. Easy In, Easy Out and everyone was super friendly. Plane was fueled promptly and Flight planning room was well equipped.

Flew in May 4th for the Richmond night race and couldn't have been treated any better. Was offered the courtesy car to go get some thing to eat. Jackson couldn't have given my any better service, Thanks Jackson
