Great local airport and service by Oberlin Flying Service, FBO. Phone # 785-475-8982. Though we didn't need any fuel, they still provided us with courtesy car for Saturday overnight. They also offered to hangar our plane, but I declined, as weather was not a concern for me. Bathroom was acceptable. Manager was there on Sunday am.

The phone is a pay phone. There is a refrigerator that has cans of pop for $0.50. There is a lounge with local brochures--just that no one is around on a Sunday, which makes it hard to get fuel.

Robert and Phil were extremely helpful in our recent stop in Oberlin. Robert came back after hours and provided hangar space and a courtesy car, and the next morning Phil and Robert helped repair our ailing alternator. Thanks to their help, we were able to make a wedding that evening. They both are some of the most friendly and helpful people we've met on our trips back east from the Seattle area.
