This FBO is awesome, we flew in on 11/12/11 in the Bonanza. We had called ahead to make sure we would be able to borrow the crew car for the day. (We flew in for a soccer tournament). They said it wasn’t a problem at all. So to thank them for their awesome service, when we got there I told them to top the plane off. I would most definitely come back again!

Stopped here for the night on Sept. 24, 2011 in a helicopter. These folks are just about as good as I have seen. Great service.

From Charles Reckson on 06-Sep-2011

We have stopped here for fuel on multiple occasions on flights between Bismarck, ND and Austin, TX. This airport should be the model for the rest of the country. Great service, good courtesy cars, nearby food and accommodations, excellent repair facility (Craig Easter @ Precision Design), and an airport manager (John Creswell) who is a pilot and understands what the flying community needs. Wonderful folks run this airport and do whatever is necessary to keep us flying!

Awesome folks and service! Landed on a Friday afternoon, we were greeted by a very professional lady. She gracefully allowed us to use a crew car. Fuel was reasonably priced especially for full service. When possible bad weather was approaching, I called and they readily put the aircraft in a hangar. The next day I called before arriving and the folks had already placed my aircraft out and ready for departure. Definitely visit the Space museum next door. It has some of the finest displays I have seen. Hopefully I will have a chance to go back and visit. Thanks!

I stopped at this field yesterday en-route from Denver to Dallas. What a pleasant surprise! As soon as I announce my presence and intentions a very pleasant female voice informed me of the winds, altimeter and a warning regarding the first 600' of runway. By the time I taxied to the ramp, there she was to direct me to parking. Once there, she offered to fill er up $4.79 per gallon and when I asked about something to eat, she ran off to get a crew car. A fairly new, clean, Lincoln Towncar and the air conditioning even worked! Directions to the best Mexican food in town and off we went. Stafford Field has an air and space museum on sight that we intend on visiting next time. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend this field as a stop. Very hospitable people, great facilities!

Cheapest fuel in the area with the added benefit of it being Full Service. Two line persons were waiting and directed me to a location shielded by strong winds. Had me on my way in minutes with a Bottle of Ice Water and free cookies.

I was so impressed with OJA on my initial visit in January that I started making it a planned stop whenever I fly out west. I've now made three stops this year, and the hospitality has been outstanding! John, Sharon, and Ian go the extra mile to provide fast, efficient and friendly service.

From Steve Bruno on 19-Apr-2011

Too bad there are not six ****** stars because these people deserve more than five! Simply put, this is the BEST fuel stop in the U.S. Great facilities, Outstanding Staff, Tom Stafford Space Museum, and NOW, POPCORN! What's not to like? My highest recommendation!

From Jay Phillips on 11-Apr-2011

Stopped for fuel on a cross-country trip. Lowest fuel price I've seen in a long time. Very friendly and helpful staff. They pointed out there was an aviation museum on-site (and I love airplane museums). Unfortunately we were on a schedule so had to pass. I'm definitely going back.

From Charles Jensen on 13-Feb-2011

I fly to PHX or LAS 2-3 times a year from Tennessee, and OJA is my planned stop for a Meridian. Great fuel prices, fast, accommodating turn; just a good FBO. Well done.

From Dick Welsh on 03-Dec-2010

This is a wonderful stop for just a quick turn or an overnight. The museum has some nice space equipment. The fuel price can't be beat.

From Dick Welsh on 23-Nov-2010

This is a great stopover or overnight airport. Wonderful help and a neat museum about space travel. The City of Weatherford has a real keeper!!

From Jeff Linebaugh on 21-Nov-2010

What a great stop! Cheap fuel, a surprisingly awesome museum, airport car to run to town for great Mexican food, nice facilities, and most of all super nice folks!  I'll certainly be back!!! Treated me like a king!

From Ted Waltman on 08-Nov-2010

First class operation with outstanding service. John Creswell got on the radio to welcome me to the airport after I first called 10 miles out--even though of course he had never met me. Great fuel prices and very friendly staff in the office. I stopped in twice over the course of several days as an intermediate fuel stop. HIGHLY recommend you stop here for fuel or for an overnight stay.

From Alan Stahlman, N324CC C-208 Caravan on 04-Nov-2010

We stop here when flying in the area. Great fuel prices and service. The museum is a must to see.

From Kevin Weinzierl on 29-Oct-2010

We were in for the LOE and you guys really did an awesome job on the whole event. The good was awesome and all the airport staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

From David Cartier on 01-Jul-2010

We always stop at Weatherford for the great service, low gas prices, and the courtesy cars when we travel east from central AZ. Just a note that Alfredo's Mexican Cafe is now called Vinicio's, same location just a couple of miles west of the airport. Same great food and fast service for a lunch or dinner stopover while they fuel your plane.

From Brad Ellis on 20-May-2010

Fuel is cheap, courtesy car was great, VERY nice people. I highly recommend this nice little town and FBO!

From Mark M. Abend on 17-May-2010

Outstanding service and support. This is one of the best FBOs of the 447 airports I have visited. Fuel inexpensive. Courtesy car always available. Extremely friendly and helpful line service. FBOs get no better. They are without peer.

From Anthony L. Vest on 21-Apr-2010

Absolutely great experience on our 4/4/10 stop over. Brent gave us perfect service; friendly, over night courtesy car, fueled us with cheapest fuel on or cross-country trip. The museum is worth the trip there. We underestimated the time to really enjoy it. We'll be back.

From Vaughn Harral on 24-Feb-2010

Been there several times over the past two years and decided I needed to praise this city and the airport. Low fuel prices (JetA) got me there the first time. The GREAT people and fast friendly above and beyond service keep me coming back. I could give many examples but trust me, if you need something, they will figure out a way to get it for you. Thanks Weatherford!

From Joey Sager on 26-Nov-2009

Consistently low fuel prices and friendly, quick service make this one of my favorite fuel stops. I drop in and top up whenever I'm anywhere close. It's easy in and out, and on days when you have a little extra time, the museum has some fascinating and rare aviation & space-related articles you'll not likely see anywhere else. All this, plus they usually have the lowest Jet A prices in the region.

From Bob Williams on 18-Nov-2009

Stopped in for an unscheduled overnite and could not have been treated any better. One of the best fuel stops ever. John put me in a hangar for a very reasonable rate, even offered to turn on the heat for a better start the next morning. Got me a room at the Mark-Best Western, very nice place with free full breakfast. Make sure you eat at Lucille's Route 66 Diner, what a trip back in time. Next time I hope to have the time to visit the museum. This will definitely be on my "must stop" list in the future.

From Steve Bruno on 22-Jul-2009

If there is a better fuel stop anywhere, please let me know. John and his staff run an impressive FBO. Facility is immaculate and the service is even more impressive. I didn't mention the fuel prices, but that was the reason for our first stop! We'll be back often. THANKS!

From Jeff Mackey on 08-Jul-2009

Great airport, service is top notch; they made sure that my rental car was waiting for me, even after hours. The museum on site looks great, I wish that I had the time to walk through it, maybe next time. Thanks for the great service!

From Jack Shelton on 31-May-2009

Once again back at my hometown airport I was reminded why this place is so special. Service was top-notch with fuel - FULL SERVICE no less - that was way lower than the cheapest self-serve I found anywhere. Love the courtesy car. Thanks y'all, see you on the next trip.
