OUTSTANDING! The most friendly and helpful staff I have come across in recent years. We stopped at OKC late at night when diverted by weather. Assistance included arranging a local hotel at a discount price (Embassy Suites) and van transportation to/from the hotel. Lot's of other options in the area, but I will always choose AAR!!

Great service. I was here for two days attending a FAA physiology training class. I called ahead on the morning of my departure and the plane was waiting with the tanks topped-off. No charge for parking, but I did purchase 57 gallons of avgas. Cost is $5.83/gallon for 100LL as of July 9, 2008.

The service here is excellent and we're just a small (but quite gorgeous) Mooney. We were given a ride to the terminal to pick up a rent car that we did not rent from them. Upon leaving the following day, we called ahead and the Mooney was fueled and moved to the front for us and when I asked if someone could pick me up at the terminal after turning in the rent car, they said "no need" we'll do it for you!! By the time I was ready to go, they returned with the receipt for me on the rental car. We felt like we had a personal assistant and his name was Wayne. Great Job Wayne and many thanks!! If the need presents itself, we will fly into AAR again,

Extremely good service. Went in today on an Angel Flight and they met the patient with a van as we shut down. Prompt and courteous with smiles all around.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with AAR. Fuel was cheaper here than at PWA and the service was extraordinary. A lineman was right there when I pulled in and he quickly whisked me away to the rental car office. When my poor plane wouldn't start this morning, they graciously helped me jump-start what I thought was a dead battery. When it finally became clear that it was just too cold, they moved the airplane into a heated hangar to thaw out. All of this came at no extra charge and I didn't even have to pay an overnight tie down fee!

Oct 27, 2007: Called a couple days ahead to inquire about ground transportation options to location not too far from airport, and was told AAR could provide shuttle. Arrived a bit later than planned, but before I exited the plane, the shuttle was planeside and ready. Were it not for their good service, I would have been a bit late. Upon returning, my C177RG was refueled and ready to go. AAR Aircraft is a real model for how things are done properly.

Enjoyed great service at AAR (OKC) on 10/9/07. Staff could not have been more friendly/accommodating. Service was tops and assistance with rental car was very smooth. We topped with fuel we could have bought at home just to show our appreciation for the great service. And, our Cessna 182 RG was welcome on the ramp surrounded by jets, including the Canadian Snowbirds, who came in to top their tanks also.

Called two hours prior to let them know we were coming, called 10 minutes out in the radio, landed, no linemen in sight. Taxied in, chocked the airplane ourselves, wandered into the lobby, nobody. Wandered around saying "hello..." finally an employee walked out of the office. We were there from San Diego to look at another aircraft to buy. Before we left San Diego we called to make sure the aircraft was there, they assured us it was. Turns out nobody had even looked. Aircraft was not, nor had it been in the past 6 months at that airport. It was at an airport about 10 miles away. We took 60 gallons of gas to make it over to the other airport. Walked outside and the fuel truck was still sitting behind the plane. I asked the fueler nicely to move the truck because our passengers were in the plane and we were ready to leave. He mumbled something and kept doing something. I nicely asked again and he again mumbled. I finally raised my voice and he moved it. Hands down worst experience ever.

I was dropped off at OKC to pickup an A36 to fly back to Los Angeles. The service at AAR was outstanding from the lineman to the hotel reservations and transportation. It is hard to find such great service at a large airport for a piston driver. I wish more of the larger airports had such good service.

Wife and I flew into OKC yesterday evening to attend Allison Krause and Union Station concert at the Ford Center downtown. T-storms were all around and extra friendly AAR staff offered to hangar the Mooney if another storm approached. I asked if they could arrange a cab as we were cutting it close. Instead, the line staff gave us a ride directly to Ford Center and picked us up at the hotel this morning! We topped off though didn't need fuel, had too after such great service. Could only get 16 gallons in the Mooney. The staff member that parked us and drove us to the concert was a retired UPS route driver (27 yrs!) and mentioned it is all about service. He is spot on. In 26 years of flying, I have never been so pleased with a large airport/FBO. Yea, fuel was kind of pricey but it is expected at the large airports. I have been to many large FBOs that could learn a great deal about service from AAR.

Landed Tuesday morning a 0830, called ARINC 130.05 20 minutes out to let them know I would be ready for my rental car. I option for 17R on landing no taxi time. The rental car was ready and drove next to the plane. When I departed that afternoon, plane was tied down, fueled, ready to go. Drove rental car onto ramp, unloaded into plane, drove to FBO. Turned in the key, they will send the final bill. Service was professional even though I only took 17 gallons of fuel.

We landed at OKC on 8/15 and the Staff of AAR were just great. We came in a Navion but they treated us like it was a G5. I am not sure what the guy that posted the bad review problem was but since I was there in the same time period I thought everyone should know that our service was first rate. Next time I am in town I will be going to OKC because of the great service that AAR provides.

AAR would rank as one of the worst if not the worst FBO in the country. With over two hours notice requesting that they ramp our Baron it was not done. When we tried to drive on to the ramp that was not allowed. We had to climb two flights of stairs, with luggage, down a very long hallway, and then down two flights of stairs to the FBO. They hadn't ramped our plane nor had they fueled it. We had to hike a long way, with our luggage, to the plane. Could not get the radar display to work. It was difficult to get the employee at the counter off his personal telephone calls only to find he just didn't give a $&@#! This place is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately this is the only FBO at Will Rogers so you don't have a choice. It should be an embarrassment for the City of Oklahoma City.

Was at AAR 28-30 May and had great service. Upon arrival, I was parked promptly and a fuel truck was there in minutes. No charge for over night parking. Had a problem with the door latch on my Cherokee 189 and an AAR maintenance guy repaired it in 5 minutes...No charge. The only problem is that it is a long taxi from AAR to runway 17L, which is the only runway in service presently

Did not like this FBO. My friend and I flew all day and were exhausted. We got into KOKC at like 1:00am. The line guy was very rude and would not let us into the Pilots Lounge to get a little sleep (The first time it happened to us from Michigan to California and back). We are college flight students with barely any money, almost maxed out our credit cards because we had to get a hotel room. He didn’t even help us with a cab or a hotel room just sat there.

I come here a lot and there are other airports but these guys understand what service means. A big thanks to all of the folks at AAR. All of them make this place great!

Flew in on a Sunday. $.50 per gallon discount on 100LL on weekends. Weekend desk staff was average. They do provide a shuttle to local car rentals and the line guy was very nice. I was there all week and ramp fee waved with fuel purchase. My disappointment involved not getting my plane into the hangar the night prior to departure as promised. I made three calls to ensure this and it was not done. When I arrived to depart, they could not find my V-Tail Bonanza for a while. Fortunately, the snow and ice had melted in the sun. I was not happy about this, but they did apologize. Overall, experience was very average to below average.

To me, AAR at OKC is a good news/bad news deal. The bad news is that they are the only FBO at OKC, their facilties are tired and shop worn and their fuel is sky high. The good news is that they are generally pleasant, responsive and convenient. I stop at OKC several times a year and, by default, use AAR. I like the front desk people, find the line service to be OK and have never had a problem. Still, I think the captive status and high fuel prices justify their putting a bit more effort into the facility. Having said that, I am headed into Oklahoma City next week and will stop at OKC.
