New FBO is very nice! Friendly service and good fuel prices for a large metropolitan airport! Highly recommend!

Those of us who remember the old AAR FBO won't miss the treck up the stairs, across the hangar, and down the other side. The new FBO is a top-notch facility with excellent service! In fact, the service was almost too good. Before I could even stretch my legs, the lineman had my bags loaded in the van and I was on my way to the rental car counter. Fuel prices are actually better here than Wiley Post and I was not charged any ramp or tie-down fees for my overnight stay.

I flew into the Oklahoma City Airport to drop off our president and a mechanic to catch an airline flight. Over the last 2 years, we've flown into AAR and always were able to use a car to take passengers to the terminal, even had board meetings at the airport. Last night on July 19 around 9:30 PM, we arrived at the door of the new AAR building, greeted by a friendly line guy, upon walking inside we commented to the guy at the front desk about how nice the building was, and that we haven't been here in a while. We asked to use a crew car, to run 2 passengers to the terminal. I quote "We only allow NetJet people to use our cars" We had to find other means of transportation. I hope a new FBO is coming to the field, we'll avoid AAR if we can from now on, being the only FBO at OKC for now. The guy at the front desk was very rude, ignorant, and was to worried about his shift change at 10, he was to busy getting things ready so he could leave.

We use AAR OKC as an alternate to our usual airport we frequent twice a week. Every visit has been great from the line staff to the front desk all with no warning we're coming in. I would always recommend AAR OKC for your next stop at OKC.

Very accommodating/friendly staff, prompt line service, cheap fuel, no landing fee even though I only bought 10 gallons or my Long-EZ, even picked us up from the hotel the next morning. Only negative is one terminal for weather. ATC folks small plane friendly, no wait to depart. We'll be back!

Had a terrible experience. Our passengers rental did not have the neverlost navigation system as I ordered. When I confronted Dustin about it, he had a "I don't care attitude". He told me the person from the FBO had been there 20 years and could never make that kind of mistake, so Hertz must be lying. If we go to this area again, I will advise my passengers to go to Wiley Post or another airport just to avoid dealing with the lack of professionalism at AAR Aircraft Services.

Stopped in at 11PM on Friday night, had excellent service. I fly in and use AAR a lot, and this stop was no less than the standard of excellence. I had stopped in on Thursday to pick up a passenger, and was given treatment alongside Citation X and GIV. Really a great FBO, the guys behind the desk know their stuff, and will get anybody handled professionally, and the guys outside can get the airplane setup immediately. I will be back!

They are ok. They were efficient in fueling the plane, and facilities are clean. But if you need hangar space, because of the rolling Midwest storms, unlikely you will find shelter here. Busy FBO.

Would not recommend. Have visited over 20 FBOs as a military flight instructor and this ranks at the bottom. Provided the standard services and did provide a crew car, however not friendly or customer-oriented. Will try Wiley Post next time in OKC. Called day before to confirm parking, then asked if he wanted our call sign, said 'no' then immediately hung up on me. Employee working Sunday morning only interrupted his personal call to tell us that we were eating at the wrong table.
