Have been in here 3 or 4 times. Always, top-notch service. Always a nice greeting with first class folks taking care of me. They've got it together here.

Second visit in two months with eight plus hour layovers on pax charter. CSR's and line service all very friendly and helpful both times. Comfortable pilot lounge with WIFI, nice crew car for lunch, and they pulled the plane up to the front door before I asked for it. Wish all FBOs were run like this.

Yes, TAC Air Omaha is excellent! But, you have to stop in and try the services to be able to post a rating. Despite the +12 and -10 wind chill the Line and Staff performed admirably. That is what customer service at an FBO is all about. These folks have it during any kind of climatic condition. We return as often as possible on our trips back to the Denver area.

I visited OMA for business with my PA28R, just a for couple of hours. Despite the bitter cold, I was greeted outside by friendly linepeople and a rental car right at the airplane and ready to go. During my short absence the plane has been fueled and moved to a spot where the engine heater was plugged in. Inside there's great hot coffee with REAL cream and good cookies, too. A perfect experience all around. Only down side: if you like to sit down and relax a bit, you might get tortured with Fox News and no remote at hand...

After overflying the past two flights, the "wind gods" decided we should return to one our favorite FBO's in the Midwest. After a "quick-turn" and chance to stretch the legs, we were wheels up in less than thirty minutes. Great line crew makes refueling here an easy and quick task. As needed, we will return to this great FBO.

Very helpful, attentive personnel and clean crew cars available. Had a maintenance issue and StandardAero took care of it (TAC Air does not have maintenance but they work with StandardAero)

Very helpful, courtesy car and directions to great place to eat. Decided to stay and they arranged a great room at a discount, drove us there, and picked us up. We highly recommend it, and are certainly coming back,

Stopped at our favorite FBO while enroute to Denver. Winds much higher than forecast. Total time on the ground was 26 minutes and that allowed a check of the weather, several phone calls, and a walk around the ramp to keep the legs in shape. Line/fuelers performed at 200% with cleaning of windscreen and engine cowl (messy little birds!). When needed, we will always stop here at TAC Air, Omaha!

We travel Omaha quite often to visit our first grandchild. While selling 60 gallons of AVGAS to a Bonanza is not their lifeblood, they treat us very well and very courteous. Last weekend a large storm system moved through Omaha between 2-4AM. As I awoke to the rolling thunder I thought oh no, there goes my prized Bonanza. But no, the TAC-AIR staff saw the complex coming and moved all the aircraft in their hangar. That is service well above and beyond the norm. A very grateful Thank You to the staff for their excellence and management for creating the positive environment.

Stopped at TAC Air on May 14. Service was neither friendly nor quick. It took nearly an hour to get fuel for our 182.

Stayed here for two weeks, a few weeks ago, while on business with four other guys and our 172s. I highly recommend TAC Air. The staff was genuinely friendly and really nice. Great service. I can always appreciate an FBO that treats pilots flying small airplanes as well as the bigger planes. Better facilities, setup, and staff than Elliot, in my opinion.

It has been a few months since we had the PC-12 fueled at TAC Air. With strong headwinds all the way from KHGR and some WX deviating, a stop was necessary. Fueling promptly handled by super efficient line staff and Nicki and Kim finished our paperwork in a short time. On our way to Denver in less than 30 minutes. Another great stop at a superb FBO!

Another great visit to this wonderful facility! Kim always the ultimate professional at the desk as we enter. Interior facility always meets our needs. Line personnel promptly refuel every time. I wish many other FBO's could see these folks work and learn from them.

When you are on an eastern U.S. Return flight to Denver, this is a perfect stop for us T-prop operators! My third time here in a little over three weeks and everything is 110% of excellence! This is the type of FBO I will always patronize because they know (and have been trained) to perform for the CUSTOMER. That's what it is all about, folks!

Arrived on the 20 August at dusk and they had our sandwich order ready and fuel for quick turn ready to pump. Filed the F.P. Stretched the legs and off on final leg to KAPA. Excellent service and great attitudes from all service personnel. Will stop anytime KOMA is on the route of flight. Oh yes, Great fuel price, too!

I called TAC Air before my trip and advised them that I was having difficulty getting a car dropped at their location. We arrived June 1st and had three linemen meet us at the airplane to help unload it and load our rental car on the ramp. Brandy was a great help and we got the "red carpet" treatment. We flew in from Atlanta in our Archer and it was a great ending for my first IFR flight!

We don't normally go to big airports and big FBOs because of big prices. TAC AIR was very reasonable with great service. We were on the way to OSH but if we come back to OMA it will be to TAC AIR.

Spent the weekend here on 10 July. Very courteous staff had the rental car pulled up to the plane before I even got out! Pulled the plane in the hangar for a storm and then waived the fee for hangar storage. Very much appreciated!

Stopped in while delivering a new Cessna, got me a spot in the hangar, arranged a discounted hotel reservation (an outstanding deal at a VERY GOOD Holiday Inn) and even got me a ride to the hotel without me even asking. Nice job!
