I had talked to Atlantic before we left KOUN for our trip to the West Coast. They had my rental car ready upon arrival. They met the plane with a baggage cart and took our stuff directly to the car. They took good care of the plane for the next 4 days and it was fueled and ready the morning of our departure. They took our rental back to the agency on the other side of KONT. Very friendly, helpful and timely in their actions. Will be back.

I have used this FBO for the last 4 years on a weekly basis, and find the staff to be very responsive to your needs. I would not consider using any one else on the field always fair with pricing, and service has always been more that expected.

We flew in around noon 11/18/2010. Our experience was, well OK. Nothing special about our stop at Atlantic Aviation, though they didn't really do much to encourage repeat business. Perhaps it was just an off day for them. Next trip to KONT, I'll try another FBO to compare.
