The best FBO I've been to. They have an extremely nice and welcoming staff, and great facility. Usually you don't get treated this well when flying a little C172 which is why I appreciate them so much. I've probably been to Guardian at least 6 times in the last year and it's the same great service each time. I save a lot of time coming here. See you guys again soon.

Tried Guardian again and found the service generally competent. The building is beautiful as was pointed out. We had called several days prior to the stop to check on a passenger leaving a Dollar rent car there and were told it was no problem. However, when we called again the night prior to arrival, another Guardian person decided to check and found out it was not permitted by Dollar. We're grateful that they checked because it would have caused a major schedule problem. On a previous visit, we had experienced what appeared to be a training problem with the person at the front desk, and this recent occurrence reemphasized this issue. Nevertheless, on balance, Guardian is a good FBO with this one exception.

Flew in on 11-29-06 in a PC-12 and arrived just before big winds hit the west end of the airport! Ground crew was very helpful double chocking the wheels and taking care of our needs. CS Supervisor Kim Toscas went that extra effort to secure crew rate lodging at upscale hotel with shuttle service! Kudos all around for their excellent service. Consideration for hangar space during late night high wind warning was exemplary! Will place this on my list as one of the TOP TEN FBO's in the country!

Nov 5 2006, I stopped in at Guardian to drop off a passenger destine for the commercial terminal. I was pulling up to their ramp with my 172SP just after a Gulfstream was leaving. The ramp personnel met my aircraft, off-loaded my passengers luggage just as if I was the GS. Brian was very courteous and saw us off with the same enthusiasm. They did not charge me a penny for this service. I didn't even take on any fuel. This kind of service makes being a pilot very special. Thanks Guardian. Anytime I head to KONT, you will be my FBO.

Helicoptered in for a PAX pick-up. Quick response by the ramp person who knew how to give proper signals to a rotorcraft. A welcome smile and offer of complementary refreshments in their cool terminal waiting room. After 15 minutes, my passenger arrived at the terminal, we were provided a cart ride back to the helicopter and off we went. Even though no fuel (or other) purchase was made, we were made to feel welcome. A most pleasant experience! I look forward to another visit.

Times are changing! What a pleasant experience I had while dropping off my charter customer, and again two days later on the pick up. Line service marshalled me into parking and greeted my passengers very professionally. My hat's off to the friendly staff, especially Kim and Ashley. They took care of our flight needs and provided us with fresh-baked cookies and soft drinks. The facility is beautiful and is expanding to service even more. While many of the "name brand" FBO's are raising their prices, Guardian Jet Center currently offers no ramp fees AND an incredible experience. I highly recommend Guardian Jet Center to all pilots and passengers! Great job guys!!

Tried Guardian on 12/26/05. We were guided in, but then the line person quickly walked away. With a lot of passengers and luggage, there was no offer to help. Another passenger to be picked up called the FBO earlier about schedule, but we were never told. After a half hour, I asked if the airplane were fueled, and was told they were doing it now. Seeing no one near the airplane, I asked if she were sure. She called the line staff on the radio and got back a loud reply that it had been done for some time. One of my passengers overheard the staff complaining that there were not enough people working that day. I can surely understand why that would upset them, but I can't understand why they had to take it out on us. I can't say anyone was going out of their way to be rude, but our experience sure didn't match the stellar comments I've seen posted. The facility is beautiful, though, and has all the amenities you would want. Hopefully, if we ever try it again, the experience will be better.

Guardian Jet center has an amazingly courteous staff and no landing/tie down fee to speak of for a single engine piston. This FBO was truly unique and had all the services of a true first class operation. The girls at the desk and the line guys were just perfect. Looking forward to the next visit.

Beautiful facility, professional staff. Crew room and computers are first class. Pax lobby will satisfy your most demanding taste. On a recent visit, the manager was working the ramp for at least an hour during a mid-afternoon arrival rush. Every effort was expended to make our visit go well. Highly recommended.
