KONX has the best fuel prices and friendly folks in the Mid- Atlantic Flyway. I wish I could say the same for fuel prices at my home field just North of the border. Until then, I will happily bring my business to KONX when I go fly around the patch.

Currituck is a bit of a hidden gem. Close to the Outer Banks, cheap fuel, no fees for prop aircraft, long runway, and a nice little terminal with very friendly staff. Flew in for a weeklong vacation in Corolla, had a family member pick me up on their drive down from DC (5 minute detour for them), and we were across the bridge half an hour or so later. Highly recommend it.
