Good place to stop. Fuel is from the truck, but at SS price. Really good folks run this place and will go out of their way to help you. Will stop again when in the area. Thanks Barrett.
Arrived at this airport around 5pm on a weekday and was surprised at the level of air traffic. This airport is wedged between two other airports close-by (Camp Robinson and the LR Air Force Base - 2 and 7 nautical miles away respectively). I recommend being familiar with this layout if unfamiliar with the Little Rock area. Our GPS didn't locate KORK since it had the old identifier of 1M1 in the system. This aside, I appreciated the gentlemen sitting outside talking with me and being so friendly. People in this part of the country seem to be so nice and down to earth. The only thing I would recommend an improvement on is a remodel/update of the facility.
