Always is good to come to this place, Kelly, Karen and Ken are just incredibly fantastic, they make you feel like you are in your homebase. This place is set on a perfect location, close to parks, downtown and good restaurants. I should come and visit more often, my family is here, and take advantage of this FBO. People in the FBO industry should take Showalter Flying Services of a good example of operation and superb customer service, thanks again!!!!!

Came in for a short stay for work, the line crew met us and parked us right away, next to the door. Kaylee Askin was very helpful and checked us in quick. They had the aircraft serviced and ready when we were ready to leave, which was just before 10:00 pm. Just note that they close at 10:00 pm, so you have to be gone before then or pay a price per hour for them to process you out. They have good coffee, a great shower and a great snooze room. The place to go in Orlando.

It was a family vacation to watch space shuttle Atlantis take off. We arrived in a C-172. The "Follow me" cart intercepted us at the taxiway and guided us into the blocks. Glen greeted us and got us our rental car at planeside and gave me some local tips on waterslide attractions (thanks Glen). The staff was very friendly, offered free doughnuts, coffee, and juice to my family. The staff offered a lower price on fuel if I fueled on Saturday, 75-cent discount. On departure, the FBO was very comfortable with a large pilot lounge for my family to enjoy as I conducted business with the front desk, wx check, and filed flight plan. Area needing improvement. I didn't get the 75-cent discount on fuel. They charged me the full price. Showalter, if you’re going to advertise and sell this point to customers, honor your word. It was one of the reasons I chose you instead of your competition. I didn't realize the price until I looked at my receipt after I left, bad on me.

On 1/12 I arrived after dark as a first time visitor to this airport. Cheyenne was very friendly and efficient. The rental car was promptly ready and was cheap. Departing 1/14 met with equally excellent service by Karen Dubois. I fly a single engine. They treat you like you fly a Gulfstream. I will choose them for any of my flights to the area

Flew in last week to see a football game at the Citrus Bowl. The airport is very convenient to the stadium (less than 10 minutes). When I arrived, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They brought out a golf cart to take the people and bags, had my rental car ready, and didn’t surprise me with any unusual fees. Would come here again. I can’t comment on the after 10PM charges, as I arrived well inside their normal operating hours.

VFR poor pilots cannot fly into ORL after 10pm without getting charged, this airport has 24/7 access to flying but to get off the property they charge you 75.00 if you want to land after 10pm. We have to remedy this ASAP! This is plain awful.

This is definitely my choice of FBO's at Orlando Executive. We landed there today on an "Animal Rescue Flight" for the Pilots n Paws organization. We brought in 15 dogs, some as young as one day old, that was all in danger of being euthanized. While waiting for the local rescue folks, the FBO personnel couldn't have be nicer or more helpful. They did not charge us a handling or landing fee. After un-loading our "furry passengers", they provided us with a courtesy car so we could go for lunch. Would highly recommend Showwalter Flying Service.

I flew into this FBO in early October 2009, after flying from the west coast. They are very professional and the facilities are first rate. They are geared to the corporate aircraft business and as such, they are not cheap. I elected to fuel at nearby Kissimmee and save $2/gal and skipped the O2 fill up completely. I recommend them but have your credit card ready!

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received on November 17th. We unfortunately had to make a trip to Orlando to help a friend pickup his son who passed away the previous weekend. Dan Noderft, Travis Brown, and all of the staff at Showalter did all they could to accommodate us under very trying and stressful circumstances. All of the details were handled with the greatest respect and dignity that any family going through such trying times would appreciate. We are indebted to your fine staff.

Returning from SimCom, we were delayed seven hours by the shuttle launch and thunderstorms. The Showalter staff was helpful, sympathetic, and friendly. In particular, when the weather finally cleared at 1045P, ten minutes before closing, the line crew cheerfully fired up the truck and pumped a very few more gallons into our airplane and the desk cheerfully ran up another ticket. Yes, it's their job; but, at the end of a long day, they seemed genuinely more interested in helping me than in turning out the lights. One data point for a class attitude.
