Hi All! Just back from OSH AirVenture and wanted to give a Shout out to Basler! Even with hundreds of airplanes on the Ramp and on the Grass to Service we got great service, it was timely and with a smile! All the Ladies in the Basler Fuel Shack were great as were the Linemen in the Trucks! Thanks for the Great Job!

Even though we are not big iron, the line guys and customer service staff took great care of us in our Saratoga, efficiently taking care of fuel and getting us a crew car for our vacation trip stop over.

It was a little strange to arrive "off season" and be the only plane on the ramp, but the one line guy working was highly responsive and competent.
