My friend and I flew here for Thursday through Sunday of Airventure. We got stuck parking all the way out in the far remote corner, in the uncut grass between the threshold of runway 22 and runway 27, late on Thursday (I hope officials have it cut for future Airventures). Right at 8 PM, virtually everyone disappeared but we had trouble getting out of the airport to the city bus. Dreading the same thing on Saturday, the linemen of Basler drove our stuff and us Saturday night after the night airshow to our airplane and to the man gate near the airplane to easily exit the field.

My Arrow was refueled this week by Basler while camping in the North 40. This only happened after I called them, as their idea of "put a tag on your prop and we will see it" doesn't work. This is because the fuel truck drivers don't pass by all the planes. Just a little design flaw and a suggestion: have pilots drop off a request with the row # at Basler and stop having trucks drive in search of business.

Used Basler for OSH10 and they could not have done a better job. Ramp space was at a premium this year, but they honored my reservation for my Tuesday arrival. Ramp and office staff could not be any more friendly or helpful. Thanks Basler!!

Basler was FLEXIBLE during AirVenture (Sloshkosh) the weekend before the show when arrivals were not allowed in the mucky grass by EAA, Basler helped get as many as possible into paved areas. During the show, the fuel trucks were not allowed on the grass. Pilots had to negotiate with EAA volunteers to get planes to hard surface to be fueled. Basler had two trucks in the Vintage area watching for thirsty airplanes. Yes EAA, I had plenty of fuel to go someplace else for gas, but hot starts aren't fun enough that I will do one for fun.

Made a brief stop on the way from ROC to FCM. Received a friendly greeting from the lineboy, but that was about it. Minimal organization in the Basler office, and a LONG delay for refueling (apparently their truck splits time between two widely separated ramps). Service did not compare well with what we usually see as transients at other FBO's.

Just made a short trip to KOSH for my children to attend a swimming event at the local YMCA. Thought it might be fun to fly instead of drive, so contacted Basler the night before to ask about transportation options. They made arrangements to have the courtesy van ready to take us to the YMCA as soon as we arrived in the morning, and they picked us up after the event. The Skyhawk was topped off and ready to go when we got back, and the facility is very nice. Never expected to receive such great, friendly service arriving in a 172 but it completely made our day. Thanks!!

Always timely and courteous, I just made two R/T fr CT to OSH & except for being closed Christmas Eve and Day, the service is always great. And I don't know why the $3.74/g guaranteed SS 100LL is not listed on the Great Deals page? Regards

Stopped in on Friday in a Bonanza. KOSH was practically dead, but this FBO was pretty busy. We still got a ride over to Red Robin for lunch, and over to Pick-N-Save. Abbey (sp?) was great, waiting in the parking lot as we got our groceries. Service was very friendly and very prompt. We got our fuel almost as soon as we asked for it, and we had no problems. Having seen them during Airventure, this place is great when they are REAL busy and when they aren't. I'll be back! Abbey deserves a raise, she was just great. She talked to us like human beings, answered our questions, very good lady - good luck with the rest of college!

Be aware that the people working near the self-serve pumps are often NOT Basler employees. Ground staff from some other company had two twins blocking access to the pumps, and they were very uncooperative about moving their airplanes so I could get fuel.

Basler bent over backwards to give us service, even during a very busy time at OSH. Service was excellent. Thank you for all you do! I look forward to visiting again just for this kind of service.
