Great Service. We arrived after hours, but Garrett made sure we had our rental car left on the ramp and ready to go. He also arranged our hotel and left us with a map and directions. The next morning, we were fueled promptly and courteously. Thanks to the entire Orion family!

No doubt I would return to Orion for service. I flew in on September 11th, 2011 and had a great experience. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I didn't want to leave. I would surely recommend this FBO to anyone that visits Oshkosh

My friend and I flew here for Thursday through Sunday of Airventure. We got stuck parking all the way out in the far remote corner, in the uncut grass between the threshold of runway 22 and runway 27, late on Thursday (I hope officials have it cut for future Airventures). Right at 8 PM, virtually everyone disappeared but we had trouble getting out of the airport to the city bus. On Saturday, going back to the airport grounds, Debbie at Orion gave several of us a ride from the remote corner of the field to main grounds, and, she even called me later with information on how to quickly exit the field near our airplane.

Larry & Garret went out of their way to be sure we were able to pick up our Hertz rental car that they were holding for our late arrival at the Oshkosh Airshow. On top of that our Motorhome broke down & we were able to pick up our rental 24 hrs. Later due to their help. "Attaboys" to both of them. Thanks guys!

Orion is awesome! Parked my C172 there for a few days while I was up from Dubuque. Did some flying some of the days I was here so I bought some fuel and they waived all the overnight parking fees for me. Their fuel prices are a little higher than Basler but I think they make up for it with their service and hospitality. The people at Orion are just so much friendlier than Basler. Orion rocks!

Flew in (PA28R) for a tour of the museum and lunch. Staff drove my student and myself to the museum, then to a nice place for lunch and back. Courtesy van was broken, so they used their own personal vehicles. Great guys! Treated us the same as the crew in the Learjet that landed at the same time. Coming back again!!

The staff at Orion is some of the most helpful and courteous I've encountered in the country! We overnighted our Sovereign in their hangar and had an early AM departure. All the usual necessary services were available for us, but it was the attitude and friendliness of every staff member, which really stood out! Thanks for the great job, and we look forward to returning!

Flew into KOSH to visit EAA museum. Garrett Kamark met us on flight line, and drove us to EAA museum. After we enjoyed the museum for a couple hours, he drove us back to plane. Very professional. He even plugged in the plane to keep it warm

Orion saved our bacon at OSH this year and allowed 40+ people to camp behind one of their hangars when the North 40 was flooded. Garrett and the rest of the Orion crew were excellent to work with and handled a very tough Airventure with grace and patience. Thanks guys - We really appreciate it!!

I was a passenger on a DC-3 during AirVenture 2010 where the owner was confused over compensated fueling for participating aircraft. The owner mistakenly taxied onto the Orion ramp and ordered fuel from Orion when his compensated fuel was supposed to come from Basler. After the fueling, the owner became extremely belligerent with Orion personnel, and refused to pay for the fuel. The manager of Orion's ramp used tremendous patients and diplomacy, provided the DC-3 owner with a fuel discount for the fuel he pumped, and allowed the Basler fuel truck on his (extremely crowded) ramp to provide the DC-3 owner with his allotted air show fuel. Unbelievable generosity during a very busy time at KOSK. WAY TO GO & THANKS!!!!

Stopped through on an Angel Flight on 4-12-10. The staff was prompt, helped me unload my passengers and was very quick to refuel me. They were all friendly and made sure my two young Angel Flight passengers were made to feel at home. Very nice folks, I'll stop through there again, for sure.

Flew to OSH to visit the EAA museum. I was greeted on taxiway by Dan Jones who subsequently took me to and picked me up from the museum. He couldn't have been more professional or friendly. We had a nice chat both ways exchanging stories about the visit, RC flying etc. Thanks much!

Flew into Oshkosh yesterday in a Cessna 140 for a quick museum visit and was offered a ride over for the 40 minutes we had before it closed. On the ride back to the FBO, we were taken to a root beer stand for dinner. These are probably the friendliest folks I have ever met working for an FBO, and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.
