Great People. The front desk took care of everything. The Linemen, take great care of details. Very enjoyable and good service.

We decided to overnight in Ohio on a trip from Dallas to Maine. We made a quick call and the desk arranged a hangar for our TBM 700 and suggested a hotel with good rates. When we arrived that night, everything was done properly and we got a cab to the hotel. The next morning was cold and frosty but we had a warm clean aircraft, fueled and ready to go. OSU has plenty of staff and it is run like a professional organization. We would not hesitate to come back. Thanks for the service.

I hate to be negative. But in planning my trip here, I had to make three phone calls to these folks. Each call was received with ambivalence and a surprising lack of care that I was going to patronize them. By the end of it all, I decided to pay a few cents more and land at CMH, since customer service matters to me. Landmark was happy to have me come. I'd like to think I just got a bad egg on the phone 3 times in a row.

Flew into OSU in a 172. Excellent service. The linemen were especially courteous and readily willing to help. They were waiting for us in their cart next to the taxiway even before we were off the runway to marshal us into the parking spot on the ramp. No additional fees charged with purchase of courtesy fuel. Free popcorn too.

Spent Christmas "based" here for 8 days, making several local trips to shuttle family in and out from events. In every case, the OSU staff was very friendly and helpful, whether it was fueling, offering to help load/unload, tie-down, un-tie, or whatever service we needed. We bought "courtesy fuel" on each of the turns, and were charged no fees beyond the fuel price, which while it wasn't the lowest around, was very reasonable, and downright cheap considering the great service we received. Nice job!

I would not fly back into this airport. Whether you stop for 5 mins to drop something off, 2 hrs to eat lunch, or park overnight, they charge you $10 fee, even in a single engine 4 place aircraft. No wonder GA is dying.

Picked up two passengers, the line personnel were friendly. The front desk staff, unfortunately, was not. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by taking time out of their day to collect the $10 landing fee. Lane Aviation at CMH also charges $10 to land, but they are always polite and have cookies to boot!

Flew in late Saturday afternoon with dinner engagement, was met at the plane with car to get our bags. Filled out rental car agreement, plane was fueled before we left. Opted to put plane in hangar for $45 overnight as temps were below freezing and was spitting snow. They were not kidding when they said the hangar was heated. Next day they pulled plane out on ramp for my preflight and when we got in, it felt like summer inside the cabin. Very good experience, thanks a lot.

Great service. They always have a smile on their face and a great attitude. Hertz is located at the same counter and the cars are always planeside by the time we shut down. Linemen are helpful and always available if you need a hang with bags. Crew car is nice and they have some good places to eat. It'd be nice to have a snooze room, but other than that, no complaints

I fly into OSU in the Skylane a few times a year for football games as well as an occasional business trip. The service from Columbus ATC on through to the FBO is always excellent. Rental car arrangements are quick and easy with the car normally pulled up to my plane waiting for me regardless of how busy they seem to be. Inside you are greeted by friendly efficient people at the counter along with the aroma of their fresh hot free popcorn. Pilots can be a demanding, unreasonable bunch when landing fees and fuel prices are not the bargain we all wish for, but at least the service here is commensurate with the costs.

We flew in for a single night in our King Air and were very pleased with the service and professionalism. Speaks well also of Ohio State University. Maybe I can get a professorship there when I finish my PhD. Outstanding job by folks who obviously have an understanding of the business of aviation.

We flew in twice in last two days for a seminar. They were extremely helpful on taking us to the seminar as well as picking us up. Originally we were a little frustrated with the 10-dollar landing fee for single engine airplanes, but at least for the last two days the service was impeccable. We appreciate the help tremendously. Thanks!

We flew into KOSU on 26 July 2010 because we needed to run a quick errand in Columbus. We had telephoned ahead to ask about the courtesy car, and were told that it was first-come-first-served, but that if the car was out when we arrived there was a van we could use instead. On arrival, all the staff was friendly, and we were immediately given the keys to a pristinely clean, new Mazda 6. The car is meant to be borrowed for just 1 hour, and although we were about 30 minutes late getting back they didn't seem to mind. We ate a quick lunch in the well-appointed Pilot's Lounge (free popcorn and coffee), paid our bill and were on our way. This was a fantastic way to get into downtown Columbus, we will definitely be back.
