We have flown into OSU numerous times on business trips. The line personnel have always been great! However; today the line personnel went above and beyond! We had a great deal of coolers etc to load. Stacy offered to get into the cargo bay to make sure things were stacked high and tight. Amazing service!! Thank-you so much Stacy!!

Had a business meeting in Columbus, arrived before Tower opened. Followed the SUV to parking, he offered me a ride to the FBO. It's right there and a ride was not necessary. Ate at the restaurant next door upon returning, nothing fancy, just a good old fashioned diner. Normal $10 facility/parking fee, but they waived it because I ate at the diner. I was told they do not always do that, but it never hurts to ask!

We flew our 172 in Sept 2019 and were promptly guided to a tie down spot, tied down and quickly fueled. Moments later our enterprise auto was delivered to the spot. The FBO had made the arrangements for us the night before. Service was exemplary. The facility is impressive. They made us happy and comfortable. Controllers were also accommodating. Nice Job!

In 30 years of flying GA, I have never encountered a controller with the poor attitude of the controller handling my arrival at KOSU on 18 May mid day. The controller's attitude and dialogue on my arrival was totally unprofessional and most definitely unwarranted. Based upon this incident, I will not be flying into KOSU in the near future and will be landing and dining at Bolton going forward.

From D Petersen on 21-Sep-2018

I fly into KOSU a number of times a year and have been excited to see the work they are putting into the field. However, it seems to be coming at the expense of single piston pilots, and without any improvements in service. The new terminal is open now, but don't expect to be parked in front of it or near the door, there are no red carpets, and nobody is going to give you a ride to the FBO. And the minimum fuel purchase to waive the ramp fee, for a single piston mind you is 20 gallons at well over $5.50 a gallon. The level of service provided should match the fees - either lower the fees or step up your game with better service.
