I called today, a Monday, to make a reservation for a car on Friday. Due to graduation schedules, I was skeptical they could even accommodate me. Brent took the information and called me back within a few minutes telling me the reservation was complete and that they'd see me Friday. Polite and speedy. Good combination. Thanks!

Stopped for fuel on March 11th in very windy conditions. The ATC service was great and the line personnel were very prompt, friendly and efficient. They fueled the plane while we ate at Ozzie's - we watched from the cafe. Didn't even have to go out in the cold to pay because the office is inside the terminal. I recommend this FBO and will stop there any time I need fuel in the OKC area.

Stayed here for 3 weeks working aerial survey. Not much of an FBO but pilot's lounge is nice and staff is friendly and on top of things. Got us out of the hangar promptly every morning and topped us off right away every day after landing. Good FBO! A+ Maintenance on the other hand C-, Very rude staff at O’Neil’s Maintenance. They got the job done but didn't seem to appreciate our business or presence. Aircraft Services Avionics Shop A+++ Stellar service! Very kind and appreciative of our business, Welcomed us with smiles and did everything they could to make us happy.

Visited KOUN on a $100 Hamburger run to Ozzie's. The line service was excellent, prompt, and friendly.

I flew in Nov. 21st weather was really cold. We flew in to pick a plane up from the Avionics Shop that had been moved to the far tie downs. My passengers had to use the bathroom, I told them to go over to the FBO. The plane we were getting was far away, they asked the FBO for a ride to the plane, and was told they were to busy. The older people with me didn't need to be walking that far in the cold, I know they have an golf cart of some kind they give rides on, I've been on it before!!! I'd switch FBOs, but as luck has it, they're the only one on the field I know of.
Response from Belle Marshall, Cruise Aviation Cruise Aviation would like the opportunity to respond to the Nov. 21st comments by Tyler Barker. We have been in business for almost 20 years because we pride ourselves on customer service. The tie down spaces are indeed a hike from the terminal building but that is not by choice. Worst case scenario is that if all our line personnel were busy with other customers, Mr. Barker's passengers may have been told that it would be a few minutes before we could give them a ride to the plane but we would have taken care of them as soon as possible. If they were in a hurry, the plane could have been taxied closer to the terminal to pick up the passengers. We apologize if Mr. Barker or his passengers were inconvenienced in any way or if they perceived our service to be less than professional. Management would like to be informed directly if anyone experiences a problem with service or an employee so that we may address the issue in a more timely manner. Thank you.

Flew in on 2/10/07. They were nice enough to work to find a hangar for my plane. They had it fueled and ready to go the next day. The atmosphere is casual, but they do what they say. I will come here again.

Nice place to stop, quick service. On Dec 7 fuel was $3.75/gal plus tax, plus flowage, plus an STX2 charge for a total of $3.9833/gal.
