Great facility with helpful, friendly staff. Pam even offered to help me out with the self-serve pump on a cold, windy day in January. The facility is clean and modern, and the fuel prices cannot be beat. I'll be back!

I stopped at OXI enroute to Oshkosh this summer in a J3 Cub. The main reason for stopping there was to land on the turf runway - which turned out to be one of the best grass strips I've landed on (from congested East coast). Not only was the runway phenomenal but the airport manager went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Though she said she wasn't a pilot herself, understood that a grass runway was desirable and set about constructing it shortly after taking over responsibility. Good call! Refreshments were provided for pilots going to OSH. It was such a great experience that even though it was a little out of the way on the way back I still chose to stop there to land on the awesome grass strip :-) Hope to be back next Oshkosh trip!

This is a great stop. I flew in late one Thursday night trying to beat some storms, but got held there for 4 hours while we waited for a line of storms to cross so we could go northwest toward Madison. The gas pumps had a delay in getting started but eventually pumped as expected. Since the offices were closed/locked, we sat in the small break room for 3-4 hours. The bench isn't the most comfortable inside, but it was great to have WiFi to watch the storms on my tablet PC and plan when our departure was going to be. VERY thankful there were a pile of snacks and sodas in the entryway! Thanks for having such a great airport! I'll be back next time I'm headed through!

Stopped at OXI for fuel on the way back to the west coast. Self Service was great, fuel prices were great, and whole airport is very nice. Don't remember the name of the person in the office but he came out and helped with self-service even though it wasn't necessary. Nice airport, nice people, and great fuel prices.

Stopped in twice this week to and from Oshkosh. The fuel screen is a little hard to read in the sun but Pam helps when needed. I like the Internet access in the planning room so I could get to DUATS and the AirVenture site to confirm OSH was open on Monday. Great stop with competitive fuel prices.

Don't try to second guess fuel pump...READ INSTRUCTIONS. Swipe card WAIT FOR CARD MACHINE TO SAY ...Reset counter and THEN turn on pump. Boy did I mess up 3 times by jumping gun. Pump will run...No fuel at least Pam knew my mistake soon as told her on phone.

Stopped in 03/31/2010, great stop, Pam made my daughter tea. Stopped again 4/1/2010 at night. Nice self-serve, part of the terminal open 24 hours to get to the phone and bathroom. Would stop again.

Excellent fuel stop! The line attendant was at the assisted-self-serve pump as I taxied up, and took care of everything while I used the rest room in the close-by terminal. Great service.

Stopped at OXI with my Tripacer last Thursday on way to Washington DC. Great Service. Pam was great and helpful and loaned me the crew car to go to a hotel overnight. Excellent place to stop and good fuel prices. I highly recommend stopping here. Great and clean facility.

What a wonderful airport! Camped at OXI on both the way to and from OSH. Pam and her staff are wonderful. Restrooms are open all night and there's even a 24h crew car. (Call ahead for the secret location of the key.) Lovely field to camp at as well surrounded by corn. We listened to the coyotes howl as we went to sleep.

A fantastic place to stop! First class in operations, and staff. We fully enjoyed the hotdogs, and conversation; to and from Oshkosh 2009, for our fuel stops. This is a must stop location, for any pilot.

OXI is a great airport, clean facilities, well maintained and great fuel prices. A very nice courtesy car was available for a quick drive into town. We enjoyed the pizza at Mikey's Pizza Pit, too - Thanks, Pam!

As part of a flight of six Cessna 120-140's we were met and assisted by a very friendly and helpful airport manager. Fuel prices were the lowest we've seen in many months. Stopped the next day on the way home and the price of 100LL had actually gone down. Manager advised we are not here to make money, but to provide service to pilots. I would highly recommend this airport to anyone flying south of Lake Michigan. (Note: We were there back in Sept. '04, but just found this web site)
