The facilities and services are great. I’m not going to mention names but may I suggest that if a person complaining about this FBO want to use their facilities it would be also appropriate to use their ramp and fuel services   From Jim Norman on 13-May-2008 Been here twice before, and it always seems like they are more interested in collecting their handling fees, than in providing accommodating service. We had ordered a rental car and it was ready for us when we arrived. Brandon to care of us and we could not have asked for any better service. He was also there when we departed at 6:30pm Christmas day. He was great and we will certainly us Golden West again on our next visit! Was the only plane on the transient ramp next to terminal. Walked right in, grabbed a $25 rental and headed over to Channel Islands Harbor (2 miles). Rented kayaks and cruised the harbor. Great day.
