Really friendly and helpful. I dropped in on them after a long flight, a stranger on the field, and they fixed my sticky waste-gates in spite of their heavy workload. Very reasonable charge. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.

Finding a maintenance facility to work on my just newly painted, and immaculate T210. A maintenance facility that has the attention to detail, and the commitment to customer satisfaction. A shop that loves to do the job right the first time. In my 4-month ordeal of paint, Interior, and avionics Mark Norman, and the Mechanics of Norman aviation was a bright spot in bringing my T210 back into the air. Honest, Straight shooting, clean, knowledgeable, and thorough. My 210 will be back every year. Its great to know Craftsman pride is not dead, it's at Norman Aviation.

I recently purchased an aircraft based at Paine Field. Mark did a fantastic job with my pre-buy inspection and annual. Mark and Lisa are the most straightforward and honest people I have ever done business with. I highly recommend them for any service that they offer.

I just had my first owner-assisted annual done on my 1980 172N at Norman Aviation. Mark and his staff are very professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. I learned a lot about my airplane and it was a very positive experience for me. The cost for the annual and parts was very reasonable. If you are somewhat mechanically inclined and have an interest in learning more about your airplane, I would highly recommend doing an "owner-assisted" annual at Norman Aviation.

I had a prebuy inspection and then a full annual performed on a 206 by Norman Aviation and was very pleased with their performance. I am based in Las Vegas, so there was a lot of conversations on the phone and over the internet on issues to be resolved prior to the purchase and what needed to be fixed to complete the annual. Lisa. Mark and Jason were a joy to work with and my only complaint is that they are too far away to do all of my maintenance.
