Friendly people on the ramp and inside. The FBO needs to get with the program and get a couple of crew/courtesy cars for hourly use. After dropping nearly one grand in fuel I was warned that if I had the rental car for more than two hours I would be charged $60+ instead of $25, I hate to be nickel and dimed especially when a courtesy car should be an after thought.

Very nice people. No courtesy car. Clerk said I could get someone to drive me to town or rent a car for four hours. I rented a car to go to breakfast while my passenger was away. The clerk cited insurance reasons for no crew car. Nice, quiet lounge. Free hot dogs.

Delivering a Citabria from IND to Houston. Stopped and planned on spending the night, the line folks (Corey) were great. They were going to drop us off at the hotel and pick us up in the AM, all on their own!!! Checked the WX and TSTMS moving in at 0100, we topped off and ran. Great place, we'll come back! (Overnight hangar fees were WAY higher ($80.00) than most).

Very nice FBO. A large thunderstorm with possible hail moved through, they had room and pulled my plane into the big hangar. I was very thankful.

No problem arranging a rental car for passenger the day before. Very helpful. Fuel price $6.01 for 100LL. $20 handling fee to show me where to park waived if I bought 15 gal of fuel. No courtesy car but two-hour car rental is $25. Nice facility, Christina at the desk is very pleasant and helpful.

I worked with Art at Midwest Aviation during a prebuy inspection. He and his whole crew were fast, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you are within a couple hundred miles of their location. A-1!

Great service as always from Midwest Aviation. Everyone is always very friendly. The large, free hot dogs are a nice touch! -3611b

The boss made an unexpected landing here on a cross country a few days ago and I brought him the replacement airplane, the people here were very friendly, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Drove me to the hotel, picked me up the next morning and really just cared for us like we were old flying buddies. Steve, Haley (spelling?) I think and the list is too long of all the great people there. We'll be back-not only to pick up the airplane but for great service.

We based out of here for a few days while completing an aerial survey job. Great service and friendly staff. We'll be back!

June 22, 2009. I had to divert to PAH due to an alternator issue while enroute to SD. The mechanics were great. They repaired a wire that had come loose on the alternator very quickly and no charge! Thanks Art and crew! I also topped my tanks (only needed 25 gal)..That's the least I could do after such great service. I highly recommend this FBO and Maintenance facility if you in the area.
