Got my fuel super fast from a friendly and well informed fueler. Nice airport.

Flew from San Antonio to Eloy, AZ to Palo Alto. Service by and through Mike at PAO: great! Car rental, Enterprise: putrid. Called from Eloy to verify delivery of car at field; breezily informed by Enterprise people that all was good, car would be at PAO on my arrival. While I was in the air, Enterprise left message... Credit card not good. At PAO, had to run out to main office (SFC) to get car; card ran through with not a problem. Meanwhile, I'm out $50 for the cab ride from PAO to SFC. We had several days to sort all this out beforehand with Enterprise, so what and who is the problem?

Parking fees are $9 per night. This is charged by the CITY and not the FBOs. For after hours you can drop your payment off at the terminal building in the box. They will put a tag on your plane for the fee. The transient parking is on the south side of the field and each row has a lettered taxiway designation. ATC can give you progressive taxi instructions. Pick a spot the farthest to the southeast for the shortest walk. The SS pump is on taxiway G on the northwest side of the transient parking area. It worked OK, but the display was hard to read.
