Alberto Rossi provides great aircraft maintenance and friendly line service. His shop handles everything from King Airs to piston singles. I stop by occasionally just to buy fasteners, and he's always helpful.

Great line service, although a bit tough to track down the truck. Make a note of their Unicom freq (it's not on any sign)!! Offered 10-cent discount for fuel on Angel Flight. Cheaper than self-serve!! I love competition...

I found water in my planes fuel tanks after being fueled with 100LL by Rossi. I showed it to the line guy and he confirmed it was water.1. I spoke with a staff person from KPAO and they had not heard of anyone else finding water that day. 2. In response to an email, Mr. Rossi called me and said that they had no other problems with water and had fueled several other planes before and after mine. 3. Given that it was mild, clear, dry weather, condensation was unlikely. 4. In conclusion, I can't say the water came from the Rossi truck, nor have we come up with an alternative source. The fact remains that the water was found and we have no good explanation at this time.

Quick service with reasonably priced Jet A for a C90 King Air.

Rossi at Rossi aircraft is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. While they deal with a fair amount of business including king airs, he was able to fix a PTT button in a C172 just before my IFR checkride, and worked on it overnight to make sure it'd be ready. He is very attentive and very willing to help, whatever your needs may be and whether there is money for him to make, or not. This world would be a better place if all our mechanics were as good as him.
