Perhaps the best FBO I have used! Everyone from the line crew to the front desk could not be more accommodating or pleasant. A first rate staff! Even though I have a SR22, they treat me like I have a turbine fleet. If you stop at KBPI, make sure Jet A is on your list, you won't be disappointed.

Although you can tell that Jet Aviation now has that "chain FBO" feel, and is not nearly as fabulous as it was in the Hirschman days, it is still a good FBO. Service is consistently good, fuel is high but in line with most South Florida FBOs.

I have based several aircraft over the past few years at Jet Aviation. These aircraft range from Piper Malibu to Pilatus PC-12. I have not found any FBO around with a more accommodating and professional staff than Jet. Debbie, Deena, Kathy, Noreen, and the rest of the CSR are outstanding. The line crew could all train personnel at the other Jet FBO's. Jet Palm Beach is by far the best of the company facilities.

Had to clear customs with 5 pax and get fuel. Jet Aviation could not have been more accommodating! They carried all of our bags inside for us and took care of our trash as well as fueling us very quickly! We will be back for sure. Thanks so much!!

I have been into Jet several times in the twin jet prop and the CSR staff is awesome. On the last flight to KPBI, the passengers wanted to go from customs to the cab and bypass the FBO. I called from the air and Kathy had the cabs waiting at GA Customs for the passengers! She made me look good by going the extra mile!

The entire team at Jet Aviation PBI is top notch! We are in and out of their beautiful facility regularly in our Citation V. The CSRs and LSTs go out of their way to help and always have a great attitude and a smile, no matter how busy they are. On top of the great service, our company name was drawn this month as "Customer of the Month" and today we received breakfast delivered to our office for the entire staff! What a thoughtful and fun surprise on a cold and blustery winter day in MA! Thanks, Jet Aviation- you are the best!

I stopped here in my Cessna 210 to pick up a vehicle and stayed less than an hour and was charged $65! The people were friendly and very helpful but wow did I feel burned. $15 was the landing fee. If you need to land in Palm Beach I'd pick another airport and another FBO.

I blew a main tire upon landing in my Cirrus SR 22. Ended up staying at Jet Aviation until it was fixed the following day. They treated me very well. Extremely pleasant and accommodative. Quality people with a service first attitude.
