I arrived at Signature PBI on the Thursday before Easter weekend (normally the last "surge" before Florida dies for the summer...). The experience could not have been more ideal! Signature is always a sure thing, and PBI is perhaps the finest base of all. The line crew and customer service could not have been more professional! I fly a lot of airplanes a lot of different places, and I am also a former SFS employee. This time was in a little baby Piper Cherokee, and I took the usual 7+ gallons to waive the handling fee. I can say without hesitation that this was a wonderful experience. I was not "smooth" enough to get everyone's name, but they all deserve a commendation! Bravo!!!

I have come in here for the last few years in a Citation X and the service is great. Recently, I flew in over the Holidays when the ramp was completely filled, line and customer service reps were crazy busy. I was emptying out the coffee pot and the howling wind took the lid all the way down to the airport barrier fence! Line service came right over on a golf cart and helped me retrieve the lid. On the way to the hotel I left an insulated plastic bottle in the van and never thought much about it after a 14 duty day. Yesterday I flew in and happen to ask Frank, from line service if he had seen it in the van from last weeks "holiday chaos"? He said yes, he found it and put it in the line shack. I could not believe it! What a nice place, even with the added stress of the holidays, the staff were professional, helpful and maintained a superior level of service. Thanks again to Ashley, Frank and all the Signature Team.

Just visited Signature PBI in our Baron for a week. Service is always top notch and courteous, the facilities are excellent. When we were ready to depart, the line crew broke the tow pin on our nose gear and they didn't have one in stock. Robert Grant (General Manager) immediately sent a mechanic to pick one up in Lantana and then personally supervised the repairs. Our departure was delayed only 5 minutes! This type of service is what keeps us coming back to Signature at PBI.
