Landed there today in a Falcon 50EX just to drop off two pax's. I was on the ground about 20 mins. The two line guys were great and very helpful, I tipped both of them. I didn't need fuel so I knew the ramp fee would be higher. I didn't know the bill for parking on their ramp for less than 30 mins would be $1, 053.57..... Handling fee - $960, Infrastructure fee - $35, Landing fee - $58.57. Also the lady behind the desk was in no big hurry to take my credit card either.... I rated the service "Good" only because the two line guys were great, they get an Excellent.... I don't mind paying a ramp fee (handling fee) but paying a thousand bucks is just a little over the top. I manage an airport myself and you run customers off. Next time I will go somewhere else. So you will have to raise your fees even higher to make up the difference for customers going somewhere else. Cheaper price and a higher volume make more money every time. Just look at Walmart's business model.
