Used Epps again for several days stay in Atlanta area. Excellent service, very friendly and easy access to ramp. Overnight fee of $40 is much higher than most other FBOs in my experience.

After being an Epps customer for decades they never cease to impress me with the consistently high level of service. A slammed Sunday, an earlier than planned departure and a closed runway just didn't faze Bianca who was at the moment soloing the counter. Y'all are just the best. Thanks!

Called Epps at 12:45 to tell them I was running pressed for time due to a gap in the weather starting to close and needed to be topped off by the time we got there, and told them I'd be there in an hour and a half. We got to the FBO at 2:30 and were informed that our plane wasn't filled yet and in fact they had no clue where it was. They told us it was probably parked that way, and that it needed to still be fueled. The line guy was wonderful, and super kind and genuinely did his best to make up for the issues caused by the desk person. But I will not be returning to Epps and will instead pay a bit higher premium at one of the other FBOs where I know my airplane will be fueled by the time I need it to be fueled.

They always treat me well with prompt clearly signaled parking, very reasonable FS fuel prices, and the lobby is very pleasant. This airport is well located to get to the NE part of Atlanta.
