Visited the Port Huron area for an RON on 8/10/07. The folks at Ouzel went out of their way to insure everything went smoothly, especially the 3 rental cars we requested. We operate a Falcon 2000 and it was a pleasant change to utilize an airport that isn't swamped with activity.

Huge thanks to the folks at Orzel who got our 182 re-started after a brief stop at PHN customs. Hot start procedures had failed us on a beautiful Sunday afternoon (a slow time at PHN), and our chances of getting home were looking grim. But the guys at Orzel took time away from their own work to help us with ground power, a tow, pulling the plugs, and eventually getting the engine to fire. Based on this I can only assume more routine FBO services at Orzel are top notch.

Stopped here twice (so far) July 22 and July 27, and both times the linemen/women were helpful. The Friends Of The Airport group is a special group of folks who were also very helpful and informative.

The folks at Orzel are awesome! Sue, Rick, and Tom (not to mention Molly, the dog) made our unexpected stay very pleasant and relaxing. Thanks, too, to the Friends of the Airport, whose clubhouse is a great place to spend the day.

Having just bought a 1957 Cessna 172 last Wed on the 18th, in Pa, flew back to home base at 15G, Weltzien Skypark, Ohio, 2 days later I was on my way back to my home state of Michigan for a 3 day weekend and I read about Orzel here. And I was very pleased with the courteous service from the good folks there at Orzel, very friendly and helpful. I asked about putting the plane in the hangar the first night, they said that was fine and charged me only $10.00!!! Wow! Plus a 10-cent per gallon discount for cash purchase, wonderful! If you fly into PHN, definitely give Orzel a try; you will be glad you did!!! 5 STARS

Stopped there when I went to Port Huron to visit a friend. Very courteous and friendly, trucked out fuel to me. They were helpful well before I showed intentions of spending money at their business, and even offered me a ride into town! They're not kidding when they say family business at Port Huron! I'm glad I have friends who I'll visit in the KPHN area, I wish other FBOs made visiting this pleasant!

Outstanding! We had mechanical problems with our 421C and had to get a factory rep. out to help. The people at Orzel went out of their way to help. From use of their car to tools and storage of the aircraft they were helping. The line personnel were always offering help as they worked to service fuel customers throughout the day. Many thanks to the whole Orzel organization. Yes they work to earn your business!!

I have been to both FBOs at this airport. The physical facility at Orzel isn't quite as nice as the other one but the people are extremely helpful and friendly (they are nice at the other one too). Best example is that on my last stop, after fueling at the competition, I wandered down to Orzel. The guy there offered me free use of the crew car despite the fact that I had already fueled at the competition. That more than anything tells the character of the people here.
