Great place to RON and/or refuel. Quiet airfield on my visit and tower very helpful. FBO got us a room at a special rate.

Fast service and received $.15/gal discount for AOPA. Cell service is sporadic inside the office, not fault of the FBO.

Excellent service. Showed up early in the morning, told the line guy that we needed the courtesy car and by the time we were done securing the airplane, it was warmed up and ready to go. I recommend them even though their fuel prices are almost always higher than neighboring airports.

This AVCENTER at PIH was great. When we had to divert here due to weather, we were kindly greeted with directions to parking and promptly fueled. Then given a courtesy car for the night to get accommodations. First thing Sunday morning at 6AM we called and took them up on the offer to pull our plane into the hangar for a pre-heat. Fog delayed our departure for several hours, which allowed for further flight planning and time to enjoy the wonderful lounge, fresh baked cookies, coffee and personnel. Rate this place 12+ of 10.

Came in on a fuel stop with the whole fam-damily in a C172. They welcomed us in to the pilots lounge and we grabbed some fuel and eats. Fuel is the most expensive encountered on our OR-IA-MN-MT-ID-OR 12 day trip. :( We had good service and some yummy cookies were enjoyed by the kids!

Stopped there for fuel when I couldn't get it in Rexburg. Grossly overpriced fuel, lousy service from an "I could care less" young dude sitting behind the desk who acted like he was doing me the biggest favor in the world by selling me fuel priced like it was molten gold! What more can I say. Stay away from this place. Stop in Idaho Falls or anywhere else but here.
Response from Jodi LeGault, Office Manager, Pocatello Avcenter Mr. Francis, I am very sorry you had a negative experience at our facility. The price of fuel has been a constant source of struggle for us, as I am sure it is for everyone. We do our very best to keep our prices competitive within the region. Because of the rising cost of fuel, we believe customer service is even more vital to our business than ever. We pride ourselves in providing professional, friendly service to all of our customers. If you received less than satisfactory service, we would very much like to address the problem. I would appreciate it if you could provide the date and approximate time you stopped at our facility so that I am able to determine which of our employees is in need of further training. Again I apologize for any inconvenience or bad feelings your experience may have caused. I look forward to remedying the situation right away and hope that you will give us another chance in the future. Sincerely,

Came from Canada on way to Vegas. Lucky for us bad weather made us stop at Pocatello. The AVcenter welcomed us with great service. Arranged for hotel with shuttle, plugged and fuel the plane and helped with flight planning the next day into Vegas. Great staff and service. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again if going through the area...

The place is spotless; the service for our Warrior was like a jet. We were given courtesy car to grab something to eat, just because we were here for an hour or more.. Good service, friendly folks.

Nice facility with friendly staff for the most part. We were met with a fuel truck and although prices are a little high they do have nice courtesy cars to go into town for lunch and staff was very helpful with finding a place to eat that wasn't too hard to find. Although, upon returning we walked into the office and older darker haired woman was belittling the girl at the front desk to the point that had it been me I would have quit my job. This woman might have had every reason to be angry but it is very very poor PR to yell at your co-workers in front of the customers, and even if customers are not around it still should never be done where a customer might walk in and hear this. If this were my FBO that woman wouldn't work for me anymore. I felt deeply sorry for the very embarrassed young girl, who was very helpful and very sweet to us while we were there.
